A Sigma beats a Narcissist by doing the following;
1.) Let’s him think what he/she wants. Sigma keeps focused & driven to obtain results.
2.) Take things as they come. No reaction whatsoever. Keep building on results and do what is right.
3.) Ignore and detach from the Narcissist. Be driven by distractions.
Narcissist and alpha go hand in hand. It is so weird that this exists in human nature to be disruptive and abrasive on purpose to fulfill ones own identity, by annoying others. So glad I am a sigma, truly.
How do alpha and narcist go hand in hand?
No although a narcissist are natural leaders of nature. Alphas and narcs are not the same. U really have to be abused by a narc to totally get them. They are unreasonable in nature and constantly stir something to keep their feed up.
You don't play to win against a narcissist. You play for endless stalemates. making their ego work against them in a long-game strategy because every stalemate is, from their perspective, a loss since they didn't get what they wanted.
Narcissists don't like losing so turning every action they make against you into a loss will wear them down from the inside. Also from your perspective, the highly predictable nature of how narcissists work, stalemating them becomes easy rather quickly because there is very little variation in how they act/react regarding any given situation.
There's no arguing with narcs, only no contact.

I'm sorry to say this. But I've heard a lot of people say that narcissists walk funny. They do. Even seen one go flying through the air though, right through someone's door or window? They don't land so good though.
A lot of narcissists will just gradually try to weaken you down over a period of time.They need to do that to make sure that their gaslighting and trauma bonding is ganna work. If you seek others for validation, you're only ganna disappoint yourselves. But if you seek to help others "deserving" of your time and you're looking out for everyone's best interests, you can never be held in the wrong.
But what are everyone's best interests? I think it's best to help each other and ourselves and in that order. Help others first. Don't care about getting a reward or money. Just do it because you want to. It's the best way to get people on your side. Never look outfor your own best interests. Look out for others that are worth your time and they'll look out for yours.
I live with one so I got two people to deal with well I got milpulate everyone so I just don't give in

Spot on with me especially since I've been at peace with myself. I just don't worry about other in general as I know eventually their true colors will come out and most of the time it's going to be the color of narcissistic LOL. Then there will be the few out there that are genuinely good.

I’ve met a lot of narcissists in my life! Eight out of 10+ were women. Mostly the guys are just either ignorant. Moronic alphas or something to that meandering impotency. It’s difficult to find a true male narcissist. Although they do exist! I thoroughly enjoyed lobbing him out of my store.

we sigmas keep agreeing to a narcissist conversation so that there won’t be an argument cause they hate being corrected/disagreed and they decline if we give our opinions. We just wait for them to stfu and then they will leave

This not true, everybody is a narcissist depending how selfish you are.
Narcissist not selfish ppl. Narcissism is a disorder. They lack energy in their body to carry out any work so they create conflicting situation or chaos to stir negative energy and then they feed from it. It's freaking totally different thing. These are energy monsters. Depending on how much someone has life energies these guy go and pray on them. They are predatory in nature. Selfishness is just selfishness. U really have to be abused by a narc to totally get them. They are highly unreasonable human beings.
