So far till yesterday I was following your older video about removing dark circles in 2 min or so, today i understood the meaning of Frequency Separation thank you so much! and wow thats a wonderful work you did!
Amazing! Just used your action on a 16 bit freeze frame from my movie production. It was a hand with bloody knuckles and the editor recut the scene to not have the bloodiness anymore. This kept all the detail and allowed me to take out the red. My crew will be thrilled. Thanks for all the magic!

Hey, Ive been watching your tutorials and it has really enhanced my Photoshop experience, I have a question though, what if we want to remove the eyelashes but keep the texture? If i apply highpass it includes the lashes texture as well, and when i apply it , there is a ghost like effect for eyelashes that I would paint in using the blur feature.

My biggest concern is always affecting the eyelashes when retouching skin around the eyes and dark circles. I cannot get the skin retouched without affecting the lashes, too. I have tried to use an eraser but of course you can still see the unretouched skin underneath. Lashes are such fine detail.

Would love to be able to try out all your various tips, techniques but the latest update has totally broken Photoshop! Every image or project that is opened results in a white flashing screen... 😑 Had to reinstall the previous version for anything to work. Anybody else have this issue?
I had those exact symptoms, it turned out to be the latest Photoshop update that caused it. I ended up uninstalling then re-installing Photoshop to an earlier update stage.
