Really cool to see this having previously worked in a jail for almost 9 years its really cool to see other facilities. Also @10:00 those thick trays are used to keep preserved food warm prior to handling them out.
So cool to see it from this side. I spent 10 years of my life inside a Texas prison. Never again!!!

Yessir, I went down there for excessive drinking and driving. No accidents and no one was ever hurt. That place is evil. Needless to say I do not drink anymore!!!.

I only did 3 days and I was supppeerr dopesick from the fentanyl and methadone, I can’t even begin to imagine what 10 years is like

Bedankt voor weer een geweldige video! Dit is misschien wel een van de mooiste plekken waar je geweest bent. Mooi om te zien hoe vervallen de gevangenis is na al die jaren. Dit is een typische Amerikaanse gevangenis zoals die altijd in films afgebeeld wordt. Vreemd dat de elektriciteit nog steeds aangesloten is.

That shield seen at 6:15 is actually used for cell extractions. The inverted curve pins an inmate to the ground or the wall.

The fact that electricity was on is one thing but leaving heating appliances on for 30 years unattented and without notice could only happen in the ultimate country of excess and waste

I have mobility issues using a cane kinda limits you but thanks to you i get to explore. I used to do graphiti murals and i wanted to visit all these brutalist structures but thank you mate. Keep doing what you do best and keep finding these epic time capsules

Bald and bankrupt was very gd too when he and the brave girl visited the twin space shuttels. Kreosan is very good too.. almost forgot them as they do some sort of bizarre comedy xploring 😂

Hi, Bob, I think the sign saying ( Inmate IU ) is for the Inmate induction unit.
It looked very creepy in there with the lights on and flickering, I can't believe that the hot plate had been left on all those years, It's crazy to think how much electricity has been wasted.

@@ExploringtheUnbeatenPath thanks I will I have an old long distance microwave tower near my place built in 1965 the basement has 16 in thick concrete walls it’s got 3 floors and a 365 ft tower and has been abandoned since 2012 I’ve gotten bored of going there so often
