I just received my first set of stamped kits and tought the fabric is rly stiff buut! Luckily its to my advantage so i can keep it like this and the parts i touch and hold onto often softened up a bit (im super excited for my first 2 big stitches to get finished and framed one stamped( 40x50cm) and one DIY(200x98 stitches)
Oooh, new kits is exciting and I'm glad you're finding the stiff fabric actually helpful! I roll my fabric when I stitch so like it quite soft. I agree...stuff fabric definitely softens as you hold it though.
