really enjoyed it and would love to know more of this band and
explore them more. They mentioned the name of the song and the
album which sounded like 'The Magic Circus' and 'The Floating'
although the accent was not clear. If anyone knows who the band

I believe the track is The Magic Circus of Zeb from the Flower Kings, although the band are not the Flower Kings here

Wow. The next song the guitarist introduces is another Flower Kings song (Go West Judas). The guitarist does have a resemblance to Flower Kings guitarist (Roine Stolt) and he sounds Swedish too. I was aware of the Flower Kings and had some of the albums, but couldnt connect with the vocals :(
