There is no such thing as "once I am fluent in". I am "fluent" in Korean but that has not made is easier to learn another language. In fact it has made it much much harder. You have to keep in touch with your Japanese and maintain it constantly even after you are really good at it making it more difficult to invest time and mental energy into learning another language. My advice is to dedicate yourself fully to only Japanese for your whole life and become a master at the language.
May I ask why do you want to study Kazakh specifically? I am Kazakh myself, so it is very interesting for me why would foreigner be interested in "not so influential or important in world stage" language?

Greeks were not natives of Anatolia. You guys were invaders just like Turks and assimilated natives (Hitties, Hattic, Luwian and Kaskians) and many of Anatolian Greeks have nothing to do with mainland (Peleponesse) Greeks, their culture and DNA is different. The Central Asian region you’re talking about was predominantly Iranian culturally and linguistically, not only restricted to the present Tajikistan area, before the progressive turkification of the region with the arrival of Turkic tribes, coming from further north, toward Mongolia and Siberian steppes, which is their true homeland, these tribes invaded the Central Asian region later and started to settle there over the course of history. Btw Central Asian Turkic ethnic groups such as Uzbeks, Turkmens and others can also be heavily Iranian-influenced in terms of culture and identity, that’s why they all share a lot culturally speaking with Tajiks for instance, mainly because of interactions and mutual influences throughout history as the region is somehow a great cultural crossroad

There is no such thing as "once I am fluent in". I am "fluent" in Korean but that has not made is easier to learn another language. In fact it has made it much much harder. You have to keep in touch with your Japanese and maintain it constantly even after you are really good at it making it more difficult to invest time and mental energy into learning another language. My advice is to dedicate yourself fully to only Japanese for your whole life and become a master at the language.
