More vertical coverage for sure but it doesn’t sound to me that it solved the buffeting problem that we all feel and mostly hear around the sides of the helmet! It does look as if the rain is going to come through. Some are saying changing or removing the mirrors and hand guards stop this side buffet, but this is not a solution as these are necessary. I am going to remove mine as an experiment and get back to you. Oddly enough when you ride standing up all the buffeting noise goes away but obviously the wind is pushing on you. But this fact supports that something is disrupting the airflow and causing this buffeting noise and not necessarily the windshield. Food for thought😊. Thanks for another great video! Cheers Derek great video thanks!
Great video 👍...not sure about the centre hole...looks like rain will be directed into the rear of your sat nav.......must add that your workshop is exceptionally smart and tidy. !
Been very curious to get some info on this screen. Glad to hear you like it but there are a few things you left out. When folks are reviewing screens there are several "vital" tid bits of info that are "crucial" to a review. The riders height and inseam length along with what position the seat is on when reviewed (high or low). The main concern with the stocker is wind noise and buffeting and there was no mention of either. Might you take a minute and fill in the blanks ? Thanks in advance !
I am 6'3" Tall. Only a 32" inseam. My seat is in the high position. My helmet is a modular helmet and pretty noisy. The wind noise didn't change much and buffeting or noticeable wind disturbances only seemed to happen near my shoulders on both sides for me.
Thanks for this great review with the real world try :) Regarding the windnoices on the sode of your helmet, it helps to change the mirrows to some lower more airodynamik ones :)
It is a Scorpion EXO-AT950 modular helmet. I removed the peak/ sun visor. I added self adhesive vinyl to it so it would match my Norden. Also added the Husqvarna decal.

great video thanks!
I think this might be the first tall windshield post where actually gives a ride report. Excellent as always. Appreciate your content.

fabulous video - now if a guy would purchase the Laminar Lip or the Puig top screen extension might just be the fix. Thanks for taking us along.

I rode my new Norden West of Utah lake yesterday
I read where they are OEM, and somebody in China bought them from Husky and is selling them now. I bought one in smoke, and I really like it.
Where did you buy it from brotha ?
Muchas gracias ! La vista fue increíble en fin de este video!!! Una pregunta . De donde te compraste este casco ?

@@nordenamerica thank you! Looks perfect!
In USA, you don't have turn signal DEL ?!
Hello
What's mark of thé jaquet tank pléiade?
what helmet is that
Could you do us a favor and post the link where you purchased from?
My wife got it for me. Somewhere like this www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804693939048.html
Great video, tahnks. Im considering to buy this screen as well. How tall are You, please?
I am 6’3” tall
Would you say it is an improvement from stock?
Yes for me it is.
Very marginally , still a poor product that creates far too much wind noise . Don’t waist your money on it
Still liking your windscreen? I'm thinking of trying it unless you've found something better.
I pulled it off as soon as it got hot so I could get more airflow. Now that it is cold again I will put it back on. I hate the cold!
Why is hole in windscreen...mybe for contra turbulence
I have no clue.... I guess it's for less turbulence too?
How tall r u in cm? Greetz from Germany 👍
I am 6’3” tall
190.5 CM
@@nordenamerica Thanks 👍 this year we want to go to the north cape (10k kms) and I think it would be a good investment... 😬
