well normal Pizzaface physics would make some levels literally impossible since they arent exactly designed to go through backwards and sonic 1 is ironically a fairly slow game in the series once you leave Green Hill
Just wanna add: Do not try it on mobile version. The only thing that works is Scary Ring chases you, music, timer and that all. You wont even have goal ring at the end (at the start in this case), also "Go back" and "Now" will be black colored.
