    Really informative, I didn't even realise there were options to the shapes. Lot's of great time saving tips in there.

    Alternatively to paint a straight line, you could've just made that cube large but very flat to just sort of cut through the whole building with paint, making a perfectly straight line all around the tube.

    Thank you.. I was very glad to see the pyramid and curve shape had movable points... I was up late last night trying to find such a tool.. and beginning to think that Dreams left it out for some unknown crazy reason.. very glad...

    Oh man the curve shape was the one I was avoiding cause everyone else was using motion control to shape it. Had no idea it could be edited like what you did.

    I LOVE DREAMS :) & I would please love to be able to create my own fleck design inside of dreams and save it to a list of created flecks that I can then select just like other fleck designs to use with all the functionality that the other flecks have. Here is how it would work: From sculpt mode there can be option called create your own fleck, when I click on it it brings up a fun looking Note pad with a blank piece of art paper. From here player can select different tools like pencil or paint brush or marker etc and then the interface would automatically line it up with paper so I could free draw 2 dimensional flat design with analog sticks and buttons. This should also include the cool pressure sensitive effect where stroke is lighter or darker depending on how hard button is being pressed. When my picture is done I should be able to simply select save fleck design. At this point when I go into normal game option for select fleck type I would be able to click on saved fleck designs. From here I could select my own fleck design and it would from there function just like all the other flecks. Please Please Please make this happen. Please get this message to Mm people that can do this. Thanks :)

    Has anyone ever wondered how some parts of the basic doll were made? Like the neck and lower arms, or even chest. It's like a modified cylinder (or a kind of cropped cone), but does not process with additional forms.
    I made a guess that it was just a cylinder that stretched using hinges on four sides, but as it turned out, it doesn't work that way.

      Interesting thought. I've wondered for a while whether it would be possible to recreate the logic of a deluxe puppet from scratch but would be interesting to see someone do both

    It's semi inefficiently painting tbh in general if you would have taken 1 cube made thin you could use the grid and stamp 1 color where you wanted and would have colored the entire thin strip with a single shape (saves so much thermo its unreal)

    ok you helped me alot but now pls tell me how i can create a curvy structure thats flat

    • @SockBot
      @SockBot  4 года назад +1

      Not sure exactly what you mean, but perhaps using the curve tool to create this curvy structure and then using a large anti-square to cut off the curvy parts on top and bottom? Could get you a sort of swerve-y road shape

    how to scope in to all my creation to do like subtract it, instead of scope in 1 shape( block) at a time

    • @SockBot
      @SockBot  4 года назад +1

      It sounds like you want to edit a sculpt that was cloned many times and have it update all the clones at once. Is that right? If yes, you have to use the live clone tool to make those clones in the first place. Then, when you edit one, all of them will update. Is that what you meant?
