August marks the celebration of National Black Business Month, a time to recognize and support Black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. To honor Black Business month, we will be highlighting a few of our customers from around the country. These individuals operate restaurants of different cuisines and sizes, but one thing is constant: their passion for food and people in their communities. This week, we will be highlighting Germains in Gainesville, Florida. Germain’s signature chicken sandwich helped propel Shelton and Rodney from a small food truck to their own restaurant, and they aren’t slowing down any time soon.
