Videos like this one are the reason this is the best RUclips fishing channel. That spot probably has awesome fishing all through the winter months. Nick, you have to go back there. Thanks for another great video!
Always enjoy your excitement and the editing with the great variety of visuals. Thanks for bring fishing the way I like to see it and do it. Caught a nice gar the other night. Keep up the good work for us watching comfortably every Thursday. So, “See you later buddy.”
Nice fishing video man 👀, loved it, a lot of pedaling for sure 💪! Keep them awesome videos coming👍! Got here new fisherman subscriber from Kazakhstan 😉🖐
I love the tenacity. Kayaking, hiking, carrying all that gear. DEDICATION! And if you could just post a video per week from this place, it would be appreciated by all. Tight Lines.
When you make it to a spot like that, somewhere that takes a lot of effort. Feels great when you make it and you get that feeling no one (or at least very few) has ever fished there. Grea episode 👌
you never cease to amaze me with stunning footage, big fish, and just an awesome attitude and personality. thank you for the best fishing content on youtube
At least you knew the ride back to the ramp would be WITH the current. It's always cool to get to a spot you know few have fished before. Great episode!
Hi Nick, it's Nick here all the way from Western Australia. First up, I really love your videos. I live vicariously through your fishing videos as I only go fishing once a year nowadays. I was wondering if you could show your rigs every now and then when you say what type of rig you're using. Tight lines, mate. Nick
Great episode. Any chance to throw a tent and camp on the bank below the discharge? Possibly do a 2 day over there? That looks like a place to spend a lot more time. A LOT MORE TIME!!!
When you are in a currant like that, paddle near the shore. You can find back eddies and slack areas. Thank you for the videos. 😎 Also, use your paddle and peddle.
L power plant is amazing spot Fish there couple times M river could be challenging good things my trolling kayak did all work for me Good luck great video
Power plants are the biggest fish magnet’s around. Shut down the plant in my town a few years ago and fishing has gone from 100 to 0 in just a few years. You get half the amount fish coming into the bay and they’re all half the size. Big ones know about the spots up north lol
It’s always worth fishing where warm water flows in. I think you would find on the coldest and if it’s icy you would still catch fish. Always like your vids
Back in the 60's and early 70's when USA was striving to use nuclear as our primary power source, many warm water discharge lakes existed. And man, they were THE PLACE to be. That's also when they started producing hybrid striper-white bass and boy they really loaded them into those discharge lakes. They did very well, got as big as trash can lids. Not many of those places exist anymore, and those that do are high security since 9-11. Glad there's still one for you to fish. Might be some wipers in there too, I'd sure cast a rattletrap or swimbait a while to find out. Great video quality as always, appreciate the effort and ~risk you took getting there.
Awesome to find new spots. U deff gotta go back my man. Hopefully u can find a place closer to park tho or use the electric bike brotha. Keep it up. Love to watch u scoop em up. Even if it's a one fish day.
Fishing the Missouri River at the Labadie Power Plant discharge looks like a lot of fun. The current looked strong and water was moving quick. How far was it from the Klondike Park boat launch to the discharge? Those finned friends made you work for it on the video. Great job!
Would be cool to see a collab with you and marling bates! He mentioned you in a podcast as someone he'd like to fish with.
Collabs are a waste.
@@homeofinventionswhen earth would you say that? It's like two friends going fishing. Twice the chance of catching a big one.
I truly would love to go fishing with him .❤I know it would be a good day even if the fish wasn't bitting lol 😊
That would be fun too to pull in a big old blue or channel cat 😂yummy 😅
