How to activate Auto door locking on a Volvo XC90

How to activate Auto door locking on a Volvo XC90
This is a feature that's now standard on modern cars and was surprised to find this as an option on my XC90.
To turn off auto locking just repeat the same process as you did to activate it.

I had my 2007 XC70, which I've owned for over 2yrs, MOTd today. When I picked it up and drove off the car locked itself. It's never done that before. Neither have the other 2007 XC70 or the two 2002 S60s I had before it. So came on here looking for how to turn it off! Your video was very helpful, thank you!

Hello. What exact button are you pressing down on the door? Is it the door LOCK button, or the door UNLOCK button? Also, you have to do it on the passenger side door like in your video? Or any door is good? Thank you very much.

OMG You are amazing! My 2 year old was playing in the car and switched this function ON, and I hate it! I have looked in the manual and could not find any information on this, but just found your video.Going to deactivate now (2006 model)
