      I found a random move, where you extend one hip, contract the other, contract one of the knees, and rotate the chest in a direction. (Contract the knee connected to the contracting knee, hold all at first)
      Also, use the lumbar in either direction to change it a little bit.
      Specifically, rotate the chest in the same direction as the contracting hip and knee, if you’re contracting the right knee and hip, rotate the chest left. (I think, although it may be the opposite: rotate away from them)

    So I'm pretty new. How does this help in actual matches? Because most gamemodes use anywhere from 10-50 ticks per space so you lose a lot of this control you're using here with shift+space

      Well the more “ticks” the game mode uses the less important standing up is.
      You’ll find most people Care about standing in game modes that are tf 10 and below.
      in tf 10 you will have to make bigger movements, that means more horse stance and likely wider stances using your glutes.
      As wide stances are easy to get into in 10tf because the glutes don’t move as fast.
      If it’s like 5tf or lower you can start doing intricate movements with your hips and knees, and ankles. To stand up.
      Most of the principals I’ve shown in the video work fine in 10 tf but if you’re trying to contact your knee for instance you might have to try relaxing it instead so you don’t overshoot your movements

    Bruh, when i fall(every fight) i become a spider crawling in the ground with super good counter attack(like everytime my enemy comes to me i just use his momentum to make him touch the outside of arena

      HanzoDarkness being good at toribash isn’t about learning what to do, it’s about learning what to not do. only move what helps you achieve the move in your head. Don’t move anything that seems to mess up what’s in your head. Pay attention to your ghost.
