I've been on the fence for a long time with konflkt '47 .... but discovered Soviet werebears the other day so now I want to give it a go. This vid help out with learning the fluidity and turn base of the game so thanks guys👍😁👍
Yes, I get it. The stupid werebears got me too. Been playing Warlords of Erehwon with grandsons this year. Was waffling toward BA2. Then I saw the werrbears and ordered a bunch of K47 Russians a couple of days ago. And Germans have werewolves and vampires...hoo boy
All in all a great example of what Konflikt is all about. The only potential game changer is that the Coyote was hit (but not damaged) by the Panzer's Grav cannon meaning it could not be given a Run order next turn - meaning it could not make the second close assault....
As mentioned below, Close Quarters has been overhauled and the game here didn't quite bring all the new bits together, none of the combats would have likely altered in their outcome, but the US Heavy Infantry would have been a lot more beaten up through the course of the game.

Never heard of Konflikt '47, but I'm already loving the design of the models, plus its WWII and mechs, the perfect mix!
Yupp, dieselpunk or whatever people call it but bulky clunky warmachines are great!
The only think i dont like is the germans having bsically warewolves and vampires aside from their zombies. Would have preferred them also sticking to weird machinery

Marcus Sundbom given the amount of German research into Necromancy, Vampirism, and such it makes sense for them to be the faction of horrors. Especially when they are trying to regain their lost territory.
I recently got the BA rulebook, definitely will get Konflikt as well!

Love this idea, because it has so many potentialities for some other WWII comic book spin-offs. Looking forward to it coming to the USA.

Wow, I love the look the models, and the way how the game interacts with each player moves and actually moving the models makes a huge difference plus those firefights are crazy.

Yeah, it's more like "Battle report of Konflikt for people who already know how to play Bolt Action". Interesting and entertaining but to get the basics you'd want to watch a Bolt Action tutorial.
Looks like the allied code breakers managed to get the right intel at the right time. Great game guys.
Can't wait for this game. The adaptability of Bolt Action is what makes this such a great combat system.
Usually not a massive fan of Weird World War stuff, but this looks interesting, plus Bolt Action is a great game.
Just picked the rule book and the Grizzly Medium walker this weekend, this video and explanation has me very excited to try things out.
Was always interested in Bolt Action, this may be the catalyst to get me to jump into it. Because I don't already have too many games...

I cannot wait to play this. I was at Gencon and missed out sadly on the rule book as they sold out almost instantly. I love that this is completely backwards compatible with standard Bolt Action and vice versa.

Awesome game! I played a demo at GenCon and was blown away (literally and figuratively) by how cool the rules are...and the models speak for themselves.
Ive just discovered bolt action and eagerly awaiting v2 so i can get started...and now this comes along too...this gonna be an expensive autumn :/

I was going to let this one pass but this bat rep got me quite exited to try it out. The starter sets also are of a good size to assemble and get stuck in rather fast.

Great battle report guys! This game does look good and puts an interesting twist on the standard Bolt Action.
Been waiting for this to come about. My bolt action is painted as Hydra and been wanting some cool future weapons to add in to them.

Love the table as well as the figures. This looks to be a lot of fun! Just when I thought I didn't need anymore games... I was wrong.
Just to clarify, Resilient only provides 6+ Damage Value to shooting, so the US Heavy Infantry are killed on 5+ in hand to hand.

Looking forward to seeing the other major factions weird units! Walkers look particularly killer in terms of flexibility.
Finally been planning to do a zombie based campaign for bolt action. this will be useful for that.
I can't tell if Mr. Chesney is hyper tanned, super baked or rocking the best wig I've ever seen. A conundrum to be sure.

This is super interesting. I was a big fan of "operation darkness" that had SAS druids and werewolfs fighting agiest vampire SS and zombies in WWII.
Can't wait to recieve the hard back rulebook I ordered for a couple/lots of weird war evenings with friends, beer & mini's. An American starter set would blow up the party .... so ;-)

Also the Close Assault rules are a little more complicated than presented, but the essence is the same......

Any World War II game inevitably gets an expansion that includes Nazi zombies. Good work Warlord, Clockwork Goblin, and Osprey.

neat models, I like the style they're going for.
When the panzer hit the walker, shouldn't the walker not be allowed to run, thus, not be allowed to assault, or that is just for infantry?
The video is great, loved watching it. I thought the Tesla tank would do more than just get blown up immediately! HA HA!
At 1:08:48, units in close quarters do not remove pin markers at any stage for assaulting....beware!
Hey CG. Are their any of the new BA2 rules you would integrate into K'47? ANd are their any you would avoid integrating because of balance/gameplay impacts?

Having this based on Bolt action 1st edition rather than the fixed version, or 2nd edition, as its known, was stupid.
Jay Smith Konflikt 47 pre-dates 2E iirc. And there has been a hint that it will be getting updated when the studio that produces K47 gets around to it.
Remember Warlord doesn't own all the games they distribute/manufacture.
