⚠ UPDATE!! DO NOT USE "Made in Canva" graphic, not allowed now as it goes against Canva's tradmark policy... I thought it was ok because it wasn't the logo on it's own- but I reached out to Canva to clarify and they said not to use it!! If you want customers to know your templates are editable in Canva it has to be written in text and 'informative'. My apologies. You don't really need to have a canva image for your customers to buy anyway, most people know it's a canva template and as long as in your listing description and listing images you mention it's a canva template then you are all good!! I am in the process of changing most of my listing images 😅
I really appreciate this video! I'm on this step of my online business journey. I couldn't for the life of me understand how to make a mock-up for my listing, tbh i didn't want to pay at this time. I have a better understanding! Ty ty 😊 I'm almost ready to list my products in Etsy
Oh my gosh, I'm so relieved to have found your tutorials! I was feeling very overwhelmed and now it's all a lot clearer, I picked up so many tips. I find that when I save a screenshot, it's not as clear as I'd like, do you have any advice for getting around this? 🙏
Omg! I dont know where youve been but im so grateful that you finally popped on my feed. Ive been searching for tutorials that actually showed how to create the listing photos... ive only come across videos which how to make the products (which i already was familiar with) then they finish.. "then you just make you listing photos and your done" 😂... you explained so well and showed every detail.. thank you so much! Needless to say ive subscribed! 😊
Hi Lauren I really like how you detailed everything and your explaining was so clear and perfect.. but I still have a problem that you didn’t mention it in your beautiful tutorial so. Was wondering if I can reach to you and tell you about the problem I believe you can give me the right guidance. And thank you for this amazing video 🙏
Lauren as always great video! Do you create all of your printable offering from scratch or do you ever use PLR to jumpstart your creations? I keep seeing PLR for planners and I’m interested in learning more. I would welcome your suggestions. TYIA
Hi Karen, I create all my products from scratch only because I really enjoy the process ☺️. However I do think some PLR products can be helpful in speeding up things especially if you don’t have alot of spare time or design skills. As long as you brand them as your own and make it unique PLR can work 💖
Does anyone know how to download a pervious canvas design? With me I download it , but when I try and add it to the frame , it becomes a new page and I’m not able to put the image in a frame like shown in the video xx
Hi, this would be the closest video I have done so far : ruclips.net/video/rMhtR-8kIiM/видео.html. I could definitely consider doing a video on more the design/mockup side of things
This video is awesome! I truly appreciate all of the information you covered! Any tips or tricks on selling svg or png's for crafters? I am an artist who uses a lot of different files for various crafting projects but I have been starting to think how I can possibly break into selling these products for passive income.
Same! The Cricut is awesome. And it's something I truly enjoy doing so why not! It's your tips that have been making me consider this passive income journey. Especially being a new mom who is adjusting to being home. You have gained a true supporter! @@laurenkeys.official
My struggle isn't so much the designing part. Sometimes designs look great in Canva but messy in Cricut Design space. Overlapping text or breaks up your design into a million pieces (especially for svg). I just want to make sure I can deliver a good product and make sure the customer experience is a good one.
Thank you! So happy to hear this 💜 I love making tshirt designs for my daughter. If you enjoy it you can do well selling on Etsy as I believe it’s important to be passionate about what you sell!
Hi there! I am new to using canva so I’m sorry if this is a novice question, but you said the photos you used for your templates are photos of your own that you uploaded. Can I ask where you got the photos from? Or are the photos you took yourself? Thanks!
Hi 😊 the photos I used are just png file images of my actual digital product (social media posts)… for the background images I just used photos from the Canva library. Hope that helps!
Yes this is true they are cracking down! I pinned a comment at the top of this video explaining it. Don’t use that graphic I suggested even though it says ‘made in’. I am slowly changing all my listing photos 🫠
No. But be sure to keep all the main bits towards the center. This sizing allows for good viewing within all the different ratios Etsy uses across various devices ect
Hii it's 20minute 15 second, you use vertical mock up(tablet) and put the image but when I do it my image cuts out in the mock up..how did you screenshot it
save the pages from your planner/workbook that you want to use in your listing photos- as png images, upload those into canva. If that doesn't work you have have to resize your images in canva by making them smaller so that when they go into the mockup it all fits. hope that helps!@@stefannenkov4621
@@laurenkeys.official thank you,can i ask how to know how much i need to resize for specific mock up and if its vertical mock up how to resize it to fits in it.
you would need to play around with sizes until it fits nicely in the mockup- for example group everything on the page and make smaller (you would need to make copies of your pages to try out the sizes so you don't ruin your original designs. It can be a little tricky sometimes to do this but eventually works out@@stefannenkov4621

can you make a more in depth advance video on making mockups, maybe ones with website mockups?
I can definitely consider doing a part 2 to this video for more advance tutorial!
@@laurenkeys.official it would be greatly appreciated
Hi Lauren. Have you got a video where you show exactly how to upload to esty. From design. Mockup and upload
Appreciate you

Hi Lauren - I read Canva is cracking down on using their logo - wondering if you’d heard and that is why you made it black? Is that the workaround?
Duh sorry i just saw your comment on the canva logo
Yes this is true they are cracking down! I pinned a comment at the top of this video explaining it. Don’t use that graphic I suggested even though it says ‘made in’. I am slowly changing all my listing photos 🫠
Thank you! But can you do more advanced tutoriels? ❤
Do you mean more advanced tutorials for creating listing images? Or is there another area? 😊
More advanced in general, thank you@@laurenkeys.official
Can I use pexels for the stock images?
Yes I believe so, however always check the license terms with the company you get images from.
Are the sizes updated ? still good?
Yes these sizes are still good for Etsy listing images 😊
what’s the square image size for etsy listings tho?
2667x2000 px I recommend
@@laurenkeys.official will our listing pics get cut off if we use this sizing?
No. But be sure to keep all the main bits towards the center. This sizing allows for good viewing within all the different ratios Etsy uses across various devices ect
How did you make the image vertical because when I upload it and try to put in the mock up,its cuts out..
