Its just a sign to tell the enamy player that he is using deflect genji has another animation when he actually defect but it's really fast but not as fast as he can kill ur own ult

Realized a really tiny detail
Mercy's staff only vibrates slightly when it's healing, which is its true purpose. Once the staff switches to Power mode, it's seen shaking erratically, showing how Mercy did not intend the staff to aid in hurting others, making it slightly malfunction when it was tweaked to do so

both of you are wrong, if you pause the video where it shows she is aiming, you see she moves her head so that she aims with her remaining eye. And the prosthetic eye wouldn't be right either, since Mercy suggests it to Ana but she denies the treatement
