I've never seen a yoghurt pot that hasn't been abandoned, they appear out of nowhere and hang around for months before magically disappearing.

2.50 in Del and what you have said in this time means so much to the few that can see it and understand it.
This vlog has only just hit my in box after your Spanish hill walk update two days ago.
To run a comfortable life style on a narrow boat I would think £1000 per month should do it.
Those prisoners in the rat race to money money money are stressed out and are blind to the obvious.
Each to there own of course.
You Del are with a band of brothers out on the cut permanently cruising except when you can scoot to Spain of course.
We like you value the lifestyle we once did.
But like David off "Cruising the Cut" realised that ageism was creeping up and my insecurities led us to re commit to land again.
The biggest draw was my lack of skills in keeping the boat running as she should because of prejudice knowledge that narrow boats are not built right from the start by anyone I knew or had heard of.
8.17 you and I agree the network is too big for the CRT to manage.
Apart from all the obvious sunken boats, abandoned boats need cleaning off the canals. Tracking the owners no good get them off and scrapped with legislation provided for removal.
16.08 the pub, precisely what you do after cruising, lovely.

      Thanks David.
Yes 3 good points well spotted. The most important being the first. We are all grains of sand in an egg timer. When the last grain drops then we are no more. Yet people spend all their lives chasing money whilst the richest possession that we will ever own is time. That's why I live the life I live. In my mind I am richer than any billionaire because I am free.
Thanks for watching the vlogs 😊

      Thanks for your reply.
We are always wanting to go back on a narrow boat but cannot financially afford to do it and keep a land home which is why we play the lottery every week in forlorn hope one day we make it back before it's too late.
Ageism is ticking so we would not be able to tackle big flights of locks so would be very happy on the Oxford, Shroppie, Llangollen canals till we leave earth.
      Keep safe Del
