I have paid my yearly dues for Domestika and am hoping to take this class. As far as I can tell though, this is not like Skillshare which I also paid a year of where ALL the classes are paid for within the yearly membership. Domestika is asking for an additional $8-$17 roughly for each class (is my understanding). When I have looked through the classes they're all additional money which seems crazy after paying to use the app. Maybe I'm confused? If anyone can explain it in a way that I can understand it it would be very helpful. Taking classes would just nickel and dime me to death just like streaming services do. If I'm overlooking what I might be purchasing within the yearly dues that isn't an additional cost I'd love to know how to find those classes. It's really too bad. I can't afford to pay any more and will probably be missing this class.

Cant quite make out domestika . Looks like you pay a fee to join then all the courses are an extra on top. So what is the joining fee for. Was looking forward to joining but it it totally confusing
you can just buy the classes you want to take. you don't have to sign up for PRO. They're always running sales and promos so I usually stalk the classes I want to take and wait for a deal.
If my understanding is correct, the joining fee you are paying for (either monthly or yearly) is for being a domestika plus member which means you have access to many different classes/courses for free BUT not for all ! If you see an additional information on specific classes which says (included in plus or something similar) this means they are free for Plus member, but unfortunately all these free classes/courses are only accessable for free for a period of time that means if the time is up, this specific course will cost you. Benefit from getting this plus membership is you will get a personalize certification after complete a course with your name on it. Or you can just buy few courses which you are interested in (optional will also be course packages cause they are cheaper overall) here you wont get a certification but you have limitless access to the courses which you already paid for and can use/see them over and over again. Hope this could help.
