Nice video as always :-) I’ve had my TSX for about a year now and I’m trying to get it Re-flashed with Hondata also. It would be nice if you could record a whole video on how you flush your vehicle, lower the VTEC engagement, etc
Thanks dude, it’s definitely a must have mod! Are you looking for just a reflash or the actual flashpro itself? But that’s the plan making some more videos on the process!
If ya do decide on buying look at heeltoe and for 5% off use code RISH. Or on speedzoneweb code $RISH$ for $10 off your $200 order. Not a ton but savings do help in bigger numbers! Thanks for the support dude. 🙏🏼
You'd have to change out the ecu to use hondata with it. The 04-06 ecu's are kline (like pre-OBDII) and can only be reflashed with pcmflash or smth like it
Hi rish, happy holidays, where can I buy a TSX MT 07/08 ECU help guide the 04/05/06 MT TSX community into turning capabilities that would be lit 😩🙋🏽♂️🤠🤓😎
Always a great option, it wakes the car up response and pep wise. But being bone stock with a reflash you really don’t tell a huge difference. One you get slight mods it opens up a bit.
Honestly I’m not entirely sure would have to try and find a YT video that shows the start up on hondata and that menu of all the different cars. Or contact Hondata themselves
@@eze8024 it’s the exact same man just with 04-06 you need to swap your ECU and install a 07/08 ECU with a adapter. They’re both the same Hondata software with the same base map flashes
Hey man doubt you will see this, but I’m planning on getting hondata for my 07 TSX, I have a cold air intake and catback right now on the car and an ecu tune that I’m really tryna get rid of I’m gonna install the skunk2 intake manifold on when i get it, are the preloaded tunes easy to setup ?
@@RishMedia ok sweet! Thank you! I had asked some guy and he said they weren’t really super easy and that it’s not really a good permanent tune. I’m just gonna be using it for a couple months until it’s boosted ! Thank you so much again !!
Hondata is the software, just have to download the app. For 04-06 TSX you need a 07/08 ECU and an adapter to pin for the harness. 07-08 TSX is plug and play, just download the app and pair to your car.

What tune-up do I have to do to my 2009 Acura Tsx to be able to put a Hondata on it?
Just got mine today for my cu2. I’d love to see a burble tune good vid
I’m not sure with the CU2 haven’t had one but should be the same concept.
Thanks for tuning in!
Full exhaust and decat it burbles already lol. That single port exhaust is the cause.
@@chrisb15679 yes that also helps but they’re a lot more subtle. Nothing like this where messing with the tune would get the extra obnoxious outcome.
@@RishMediayeah, i know a guy with a 9thgen si with the burble tune damn thing is loud. I thought about doing it to the wagon to troll people lol.

Question if i get a 2010 tsx i should be fine right? Just get the flash and plug& tune type of thing

Best bets are like part outs you see, eBay, or like heeltoe I know keeps some on hand to pair with their flash pros!
Ok for sure I’m taking notes , thanks so much again
The lab top has to be on WiFi to get the hondata to lock to the car ?
Yeah I believe so
Great video man, would Hondata flash pro be a good idea on a bone stock 07 TSX auto?
Always a great option, it wakes the car up response and pep wise.
But being bone stock with a reflash you really don’t tell a huge difference. One you get slight mods it opens up a bit.
@@RishMediawhat are some good mods to do first before a flash pro?
Do the Hondata FlashPro fit Honda accord 2007 2.2 Diesel? under accord i only found 2013 and up and under tsx it didn't say what engine

Does it come pre-loaded with a reflash similar to the 04-06 tsx reflash, or only used for custom tuning?
It’s exactly the same just more compact, has all the base maps on there etc

Bro I have 06 tsx do I need do to anything to my car before I buy the flash pro or can I just buy it and install it ig
Sorry for the late response but you can buy it but you also need the CAN adapter and a 07-08 ECU
Hey, this new mini hondata fit in the TSX 05 OEM Stock ECU?
It does not, you’ll need to have a 07/08 ECU still.
How much was the progress rear sway bar?
I paid around like $170 ish
i have 2004 tsx 6 speed will this work for mine?
You’d have to additionally purchase a 07/08 ECU and an adapter then yes. Otherwise only a reflash is possible through hondata or a dealer
Or some online reflash people
Yo Rish, I just sold my tsx. Do you need an extra race Flashpro? I’m looking to sell mine
I don’t atm man both 07/08 have one and the 04 daily has a serge bo reflash already
So won’t be able to use it on my 04 tsx?
You can BUT you need to swap for a 07/08 ECU and use the CAN adapter

does flashpro work for the tsx wagons? or only the sedans?
It works for the wagons but should be more plug and play without adapter or ECU swap
Its plug n play, my wagon is fbo and tuned with flashpro.
Steel need it 07-08 tsx ecu and so, right?
If you have a 04-06 Tsx you need the 07/08 ECU plus the Adapter
Sounds like a lot of money that’s why I haven’t tune my car yet
@@RishMediawhere can i get the adapter from?
Wonder if this is worth it for an Auto? 😅
If you plan on having the car for awhile and have mods I’d say so or atleast just get a reflash to give it the pep!
