Man I normally don't comment on covers, but that performance was something else. Guitar playing was pretty damn good and the singing was excellent. It's very very very rare to find a voice like that, especially in someone your age. You guys have a gift. Make a band, promote the hell out of yourselfs and chances are you'll wind up on the radio. Great work you two.

I love the beginning. Some guy is setting things up, and then a couple of kids come in with acoustic guitars. Great, gonna be some old fashioned cover from the 60's. Then the ASS-KICKING kicks in and people just sat there in fucking amazement. Wish I were there. Great job guys.

For the most part, I'm not impressed by covers, and rarely does an acoustic cover impress me. But this song does.
Jake, your vocals are amazing, man. The biggest thing I'm impressed by in this song is how you really bring your voice into the song as if you're plugged in. Too often, acoustic covers of rock songs suck because the vocalist brings down their voice to match the calmer atmosphere. You sing this song like you're playing electric. Very impressive, guys. Keep it up. :)

I normally dont post comments but this was incredible. This young mans voice is just ridiculously righteous. Please do not waste it. But do not become egomaniacal or narcissistic. (As many singers with talent do) Sing clean and dont scream too much with your originals. Focus on creating material that is genuine=you will do well.
