i'd say its a one shot recording (probably one of many tries), which makes it even better. the guitar went slightly out of tune during playing i think that wouldnt happen when recording in sections. i'd guess he's extremely talented and cant efford expensive recording equipment - even the instrument seems to be pretty cheap (which doesnt mean bad) all in all it reminds me on shwan lane - great musician and doesnt care about fame. the world needs more people like that. eventhough it became calm around his name after guitar idol i hope he's still playing.

I've know this guy since I was 17.... way back to 1994 (he started taking guitar lessons in 1990), although we are not in touch nowadays. I remember he used to play all day long. In fact, his mom always brought his meals to his room and he put the guitar aside, right on one of his legs and the plate of food on another one. He wont't drop his guitar even for 1 sec, while I tried to set his old computer in order for us to play Need for Speed (the very first) and Full Throttle. He watched me playing after all. Good times! He simply rocks and still he is one of the most modest guy I know. Eat your hearts out, losers! this guy is a true genius!

This is me first time watching it. And I must admit I'm beyond impressed what I've just witnessed. The combination of perfect timing, the emotion behind those licks, various techniques, the clarity of tones not to mention the well handled harmonic orientatation. There might be a bit of a freestyle but still, for me this is something like current peak of perfection in terms of knowledge and muscle memory. And this is what I find beautiful about life.. there are so many things to learn that you won't be bored for rest of your life if you do realise.
