I know RFK Jr., (Who is running for President, and shame on his family for dissing him like this!) has a genetic voice disorder called spasmodic dysphonia, an involuntarily movement disorder called dystonia that effects just the voice box. Several of his relatives in this clip sound just like him, so perhaps it is something that effects several people in the family.

I really don't understand how they can betray their own kin. I may not agree with RFK Jr on some of his policies and I am definitely voting for Trump but RFK seems to have thought things through and have some genuinely considered opinions that are based on takes on facts. I don't particularly care for his speaking voice but I think there is a medical reason for the way it sounds. He is cogent and coherent which Biden definitely is not. I respect RFK for standing up for his beliefs knowing that he will come under fire. I think that both he and Trump have some real honest to goodness balls, forgive the expression.
Speaking of descending into vulgarity, I do not give likes to comments that have the blank blank Joe Biden because I don't think that it is respectful or correct to use that kind of language when referring to any President or to the Office he holds so I am sorry that Mr. Biden has to see that when he goes out in public but my saying that does not mean that I agree with the President's politics and policies. I also believe he was elected with corruption and election interference but once the United States government and the powers that be and the people at Large recognized him as the legitimate President, moral decency and civility dictate that I treat him as such. Notwithstanding, I contend that the days of voting for someone because of what he stands for and how well that person actually lives out what she stands for concretely, sadly, seem to be over, a relic of the past. The Kennedys may have fallen but our country and its citizens have fallen further. That ad is horribly symptomatic of what is happening today and is apparently now considered the norm. Our " official" for lack of a better word) is now a worldwide laughing stock and disgrace.
