Finally. Before the Haliey situation, I already knew Selena was a professional victim and joked about it with my sister before the Hailey and kylie thing happened. Selena didn't try to clear up the matter and even made things worse. At first, her professional victim act brought me, until I realized that she was using the Internet to bully Hailey out of her bitterness over not being chosen by Justin Bieber. Look at the Me Too movement for example that started on Twitter & actually helped get justice for the many victims of Harvey Weinstein. But it’s a tricky conversation that’s why me personally, I do believe voices & platforms can be powerful when speaking up, but I also believe it’s their prerogative at the end of the day!

That was just my feeling because of my ex bff…. But this is anything but kind. Her PR team probably works over time to keep her “clean, saint, poor me” Selena. YT has many sources to back up what she did and why most of us didn’t know.
She chose an infamous celebrity like Bella Hadid, infamous in the sense that Bella had already been picked on for having cosmetic intervention done, on purpose. This way she could fish for compliments and get her fans to argue that Bella had gotten that beautiful by resorting to plastic surgery, whereas Selena was portrayed as the natural beauty. I’m not saying she is an ugly beast, but it’s more than obvious that she has had some work done, notably her eyelid surgery, her many fillers and Botox also resulting in her eyebrows being much more raised permanently, the fox eye surgery just to name some of the procedures. By picking specifically Bella, it not only lead to her defending her role as a relatable victim, but it also shielded her and possible procedures having been performed on her from public scrutiny while elevating her to a benevolent yet naturally beautiful creature. This level of fakeness aggravates me as I despise notoriously deceptive people like her.

I’m so sick of people telling celebrities and influencers to “use their platform” for something. You don’t get to dictate how they use media and what they should say. Why don’t YOU build a platform and YOU can share YOUR opinions and beliefs. Me personally no I don’t think she’s a mean girl the way I feel girls like Hailey Baldwin, and Kendall Jenner are but I do think she plays the victims way too much and throw rocks and hide her hands alot she just seems to be someone who doesn’t know how to read the room and rather is too impulsive on her action, hence why whenever she does things that gets her in trouble she plays victim or is quick to be defensive she’s better off not only off social media but having someone willing to call her out on her behavior that you shouldn’t be too impulsive and constantly doing things that probably in the back in your mind you’re gonna regret.

honestly, we really don't know what she really does in her private life... she could be doing way more than she could possibly do with a hashtag already. She makes an incredible amount of money and she is known for not spending it all on cars and liquor (at least that's what we can see from what she lets us see). We don't know what she's doing to help the community. I wasn't sure myself so I just checked on Google and in fact, Selena is known to work with organizations like UNICEF and do charity.

Finally. Before the Haliey situation, I already knew Selena was a professional victim and joked about it with my sister before the Hailey and kylie thing happened. Selena didn't try to clear up the matter and even made things worse. After that happened, I immediately called her fans out whenever they hated on Hailey. I definitely don’t what anything to do with Selena after I figured her out since last year’s fiasco she caused. It’s definitely the celebrity’s prerogative if they want to use their platform to speak up about stuff like that, but it has been impactful before. Look at the Me Too movement for example that started on Twitter & actually helped get justice for the many victims of Harvey Weinstein. But it’s a tricky conversation that’s why me personally, I do believe voices & platforms can be powerful when speaking up, but I also believe it’s their prerogative at the end of the day!

And they’re taking the time to be educated & informed before speaking up. She definitely has the resources if she has a strong pr team like that. I just feel like if she has all the time and energy to be commenting on content about her ex she probably could find the time to educate herself. 😅 But I definitely think she should’ve kept quiet instead of posting making it about herself. This way she could fish for compliments and get her fans to argue that Bella had gotten that beautiful by resorting to plastic surgery, whereas Selena was portrayed as the natural beauty.
I’m not saying she is an ugly beast, but it’s more than obvious that she has had some work done, notably her eyelid surgery, her many fillers and Botox also resulting in her eyebrows being much more raised permanently, the fox eye surgery just to name some of the procedures. By picking specifically Bella, it not only lead to her defending her role as a relatable victim, but it also shielded her and possible procedures having been performed on her from public scrutiny while elevating her to a benevolent yet naturally beautiful creature. This level of fakeness aggravates me as I despise notoriously deceptive people like her.

honestly, we really don't know what she really does in her private life... she could be doing way more than she could possibly do with a hashtag already. She makes an incredible amount of money and she is known for not spending it all on cars and liquor (at least that's what we can see from what she lets us see). We don't know what she's doing to help the community. I wasn't sure myself so I just checked on Google and in fact, Selena is known to work with organizations like UNICEF and do charity.
