adding salt to the pre-bed water bottle is brilliant. I lose so much sleep each week just walking to and from the bathroom, but have perfected doing that without opening my eyes to ensure I fall back asleep quickly!

Great video. I would love to add my creatine to my coffee in the morning, but I have always been told not to take creatine too close to taking caffeine. Is that not true? It even says it o the directions I think with my xendurance creatine. Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks.

Sir, very informative and well done video.
You have the results to back it up too.
I do two of the BP coffees in the morning to get an immediate calorie load going and a very noticeable reduction in brain fog. I think it’s forcing my body to start w/ Ketones.
Just started regular ACV + pink salt + collagen.
It is amazing what you can do w/ diet. It really is foundational. Totally wish I would have known this much earlier.

    Hi Jason, great video!
Quick question, fruit vinegar would work, or it needs to be cider?
Also, your Rogue rack, you leave it in the rain? Does it hold agains the weather? Thinking on buying something similar, but afraid of leaving it outside (rust, etc).

    • @JasonGrubb
      @JasonGrubb  Год назад

As far as I know, it needs to be apple cider with the mother. I do leave the rack outside and it's seen it's share of weather over the past 2 years. It's 100% held up... you can't go wrong with it.

@@JasonGrubb Thank you! Thanks for the inspiration sir. I started CFIT in 2013, while in college. Now, married, with 4 kids later, was starting to have the "im old mentality". You were the last bit that I needed to order bars+120kg weights and a couple more items to restart my health. All the best, keep up the good content.

    • @JasonGrubb

Salt helps you retain water - as opposed to shedding water via urine.

Have you looked at taking a good K2 supplement with your D3? Also surprised you don’t do Niacin, DHEA and TMG. I find these really help as I’m in my fifties. I also take trace elements as well as B complex.

I'm not using it anymore because LMNT fills all my needs. I have no problems with my old concoction and would still be using it if LMNT didn't exist.

Thank you for the Cruz blender recommendation! I drink coffee and a pea protein shake every morning, I cut out cereal a few weeks ago and it’s helping me stay fuller after the gym. This blender I need because usually I the coffee is lumpy :(
Also I take a teaspoon of manuka honey at night with hot water and it helps me get a full nights sleep from 11pm - 7am. As someone who lives with nightmares about being a fat kid and getting bullied everyday it’s been helping a lot with my sleep over the months I started having it.

There's some research suggesting that caffeine might interfere with the body's absorption of creatine. This is still somewhat debated in the scientific community, and the practical significance of this interaction is not entirely clear. Some research has suggested that caffeine might inhibit some of the performance-enhancing effects of creatine supplementation, but other research has not found such an effect.
