I emailed the company, and they replied the same day, then sent me out a new one immediately. No drama, no weird skepticism, super kind customer service, and I didn't have to proove anything(that may have been because I had registered on the app, etc. I was so happy about the customer service, which these days is RARE. So, your viewers can, for reals, shop with confidence. AND! Its working!!! I love it. Yes. I prefer it to my NuFace.

Love the Halo!! Love Ziip in general... Great video! I love the mentioned treatments!! Problem Solver is my life saver!! Ziip gels are amazing! They are more costly but the added benefits and the fact that you don't have to keep reapplying really make a difference!
I agree about the ZIIP and their gels. I have electric, silver and gold. I did not like Gold initially but now love it. Gels stay wet. I have never had to wet it down. App is awesome. I use the plans. I will check out the 2 treatments you mentioned. I also can't state how amazing their customer care is. The little travel bag is cute too. I am down to Mito red light panel and the ZIIP. I cannot use RF but loved the Nebulyft when I tried it. Did not keep the Nira pro as I did not enjoy using it. Cannot speak to its efficacy.
It is spa like. I loved the flat surface of the unit and it felt like a hot rock treatment and covered a lot of ground. With the R2 it got into corners of the eyes easily and under brow. I also loved the charge pad, I think the product presentation is elegant.@@vee8633

I do like how they feel, but everything I've heard about conductivity gels is that they should not be oil based. Ziip gels feel like they are oil based. I also have a Myolift Mini, and as much as I'd like to use Ziip gels with it, I wonder about effectiveness or potential damage to device. Thoughts? Thanks so much!

Hi Katie. I purchased the sauna blanket on Nov 21 using the link you provided. Current Body is not shipping the product although their website still clearly says it is available. Their customer service has been back and forth we me for a month claiming that it is out of stock or “just about to ship” after I requested that they cancel the order. My credit card was charged $571 one month ago and the product still has not shipped, they have not given me a ship date, and they won’t allow me to cancel! And they do not have a customer service number. Given that you highly recommend this company you should know that they have a serious customer service problem and I believe I may have been scammed by them. I am doubtful I will ever receive my products.
Do you like to remove the new gel off after treatment, or do uou leave it on? I always found it to much for me to have to wash before and after any at home device treatments.
I see you’ve kept your earrings in during the demo. I have a lot of piercings in both ears and really don’t want to take them out and then put them back in every time I want to use the halo. Have you gotten any shocks? I figure if I keep away from my ears and maybe cover the piercings with my hands as the halo gets a little close, it should be ok 😅

Customers service also said some ppl are more sensitive to it. She also said to do the Founders Favorite routine bc it’s like a Level one. I’ve emailed them TWICE, asking them to tell me if the Ziip is Level One when you just pick it up and use it WITHOUT the app, but they will not answer this question. 🤔

I would say no, stick with the GX! I had four faulty Halos from CurrentBody before I located a new and factory-sealed GX from a private seller. So far, I *love* the GX, which has proven very reliable. It also works far better on my skin than the four Halos did - that is, on the few occasions when the Halos actually worked. My feeling is that in discontinuing the GX series ZIIP has thrown the baby out with the bathwater.

Hi I recently bought the Halo and have never used RF or Microcurrent before. I'm struggling if I am being honest. I've used a handful of times and have noticed that my nose to mouth lines and crows feet have got deeper, I'm worried I am making my face worse than better, also I'm not a fan of the gel and feel it breaks me out. What would your advice be ie try and get a refund or continue with it and persevere? I'm 41 and have sagging skin on my neck but then I saw that you should not use the device on the next around the thyroid area (which I'm not 100% sure where that is) but I saw you used it on your neck/throat. Any advice would be much appreciated, I feel I have wasted a lot of money that I had to work super super hard for. Thank you for the informative videos.
It’s all about releasing fascia & muscle tension first. Microcurrent is just the icing on the cake after that. If tension is not released , microcurrent can make things worse.
It’s true releasing fascia can help improve your at home microcurrent results. I have videos on this (check out my Anma video) but I’d be hesitant to suggest you get another tool. I made a recent NuFACE video that covers my suggested technique for lifting with microcurrent. There are areas I believe that should not be activated as they are already tight. This could be why you are seeing deeper lines. Your thyroid is at the very base of your neck, in the middle, just above your collarbones. You can use microcurrent everywhere else on the neck. I especially like Founders favorite for the neck. I’d recommend, setting one device aside for 3-4 weeks and just use one at a time. See where you’re at after an intensive. If you start with the Halo, do one of their guided programs (14-30 days). Then add in radio frequency.

How is micro current for rosacea skin? My face is quite vascular with a lot of redness and blood vessels near the surface. I’m overdue for a v-beam laser treatment 😅

I ordered a Ziip Halo, it arrived, in Dec, without the 2 metal globes attached. I couldnt believe it. I immediately took a pic of oacking slip and Halo w the unattached globles. I heard back the very next day, asking me to keep the Ziip, and confirm my address. Another would be sent out. That was a month ago. Asked twice to confirm my address( as if i moved in the month twice) . Its Jan 10, 2024. The last email, says they will send one in a couple weeks. No other info. Its been a month since it arrived. I havent asked for a refund, but it feels like they are waiting out the 30day warranty period. U tried calling instead of emailing, their Custoner Service isnt answering, they claim to be too busy. Feels like Buyer Beware w no recourse
I like the zip GX way more than the myolift.. I bought it after watching katie demo the myolft mini.. I am a Licensed estimation and worked on machines in Treatment and thought the myolift mini would be a similar at home version for myself, but it is not... And way too expensive for what you get.

I feel a bit of a “ziip” when I use the Halo. I thought one should feel nothing because feeling or switching of skin is contra producting (kills ETP?)
