Thank you! I was a loyal OG ZIIP user until they started making cheap and defective ones and then refusing to replace them. DO NOT buy the new ZIIP Halo. They’re sending faulty devices and even the replacements are faulty. The new ones are clunky and cheaply made and have beeping and charging and vibration issues. You will lose your money - they’ve stopped caring about customers. I wonder if Melanie Simon cares. She seems like a nice person but the quality of those things is BAD - I recently got myolift and I’m getting great results. Don’t support companies that don’t care for customers
