This is a great point. I think a great exercise would be to google all the massage therapists in my area (San Diego) and make a list of what their specialty is. I can compare them all and see which massage specialties are lacking or underrepresented. I'm about to start massage school so this can help when determining my specialty! Thanks Savanna!

I specialize in Lomi Lomi massage. Nobody in my area specializes in this modalitie . But I’m not sure if this is a niche since nobody knows what it is either.

or you can just be a better therapist. Proof is in the pudding and people will go to the person that is effective and makes them feel the best
