Tkachuk was absolutely incredible with 40G 69A for 109 points and and in the playoffs he had 11G 13A for 24 points in 20 games with three game winning goals in the series against Carolina. Huberdeau after a 115 point season (his final year with Florida) had 15G 40A for 55 points and missing the playoffs, the biggest drop off in point production (60 points) for any player in NHL HISTORY. Calgary nearly tied the league record for most overtime losses in a single season with 17. The record is 18 and it's been done four times. Until they fired Darryl Sutter (head coach) there were many players who wanted out of Calgary.
Jonathan Huberdeau had 55 points in 79 games this season, Matthew Tkachuk had 109 points in 79 games and has 21 points in 16 playoff games this season, looks like the Panthers have won that trade.
