I am sure this tea is a safe alternative to any laxatives; this tea does well what it suppose to do it helps digestive system working properly so extra weight goes off. I'm very into fitness and health and was very happy to see someone else discussing weightloss in a very educated manner and not saying to eat 1000 calories a day and run for 3 hours. I hope your video shed some light on this subject for those who may not know any better

+It's Seham. i think she doesn't force anyone to be what she wants them to be. and she was just saying that she's happy to see the video. and the "not saying to eat 1000 calories a day and run for 3 hours" is just an example. the point is just no calories restriction. if you eat only 1000 cals then it's your choice it's your own body as long as youre body is fine with it. just saying tho

    Dear Rachel,
For years, I have been over-weighted. Through years, it was stopping me from being confortable enough to achive my goal of getting slimmer and fitter. However, ever since I have found your channel, you have been a huge motivation to me. I have worked out on daily basis(with exception on Sundays)- cardo plus lifting, and for three and half weeks now, I have lost 5,5 cm around my waist, upper hands and the hipps area. -All thanks to your advices and the motivation you share through your videos, which besides being inspirative, they are also a lot of informative and educative. I am wholeheartedly thankfull to you for being so adorable and getting into helping and inspireing all of us who seek for a better us. May you be blessed for your noblest job here. Thank you.

just another tip correlating to the last ones: if you're trying to loose Don't rely too much on the scale if you are lifting weights or other types of weight loss workout that stimulates your muscle. Look at how your clothes fit; if you don't see a difference on the scale but you notice your jeans are saggier, then you're loosing weight but gaining muscle. It's a win- win.

papa cringe It took me around 4 months to lose 14 pounds which I guess isn't much for the amount of time but it only took me so long because I wasn't working out at the time. I became vegetarian and the pounds just started coming off alone. I joined the gym about a month ago and I've lost 5 pounds. I just incorporated more veggies into all my foods. The app (My fitness pal) helps me keep track of what I eat, drink, workout everyday. I also only allow myself to have 1 cheat meal Saturday and Sunday. But once you get into the habit of eating cleaner and working out it won't be so difficult and you'll actually feel bad when you miss 1 day at the gym. If you have any other questions I don't mind following you on Instagram if you have one. :)

It's not that I'm scared of muscle when I lift weights, but I'm intimidated by the culture surrounding that part of the gym, if that makes sense. I find that I receive a lot of unsolicited comments and "advice" from men about my body (I have a trainer for that!) and it's stressful

+joenjwang i was totally the same way and i'm a larger girl, so i felt really out of place. i'm a total headphone snob however, and i tend to have resting bitch face, but honestly i just ignore the world and lift. other than that, literally EVERYONE is going to give you comments on your body. i suggest one huge thing: do not talk about health with others, even as a 'hey this is what i've been doing lately!!!' whenever i do that, every single person turns into a PT and starts to tell me things to do. like... did i ask for advice or did i just tell you that i'm back at the weight i was before my year long nightmare of a break?? just ignore them and do your thing, girl.

think of it as when you have lots of money in your bank account, you can obviously withdraw more money, but as the amount reduces the less you're able to remove.. so the same way when you have 30 kilos to lose, you can lose a massive 5 kilos per month but if you have only 2 or 3 kilos to go it will take time.. hope this helps anyone :)

You are hereby my favorite person on the whole entire internet. I found your channel yesterday, and I've probably watched about 20 of your videoes 'till now. You are so, SO inspiring, and you put alot of work and effort in your videoes, something not alot of other beauty and health gurus here on youtube really does. You use trusted sources when you try to teach us viewers something, and how you speak and "design" your videoes makes it so much easier for us to know what you're talking about, and makes it a whole lot more interesting! Other RUclipsrs just talk and talk with no spesific silver lining, and it makes it hard to know what they try to tell us (in my opinion). I'm just sooo inspired by you right now, I just had to let you know!

I've been plateaued for ages-- pretty much all of 2015, and I know all the reasons that can cause a plateau and what things you need to do to change it (got certified as a personal trainer back in 2010, so I should *really* know better). But, it was still so helpful to hear some more perspective on this problem and get some encouragement and suggestions. I've been stubborn about changing my routine, because I LIKE my routine, haha. But, a real shift is necessary to get to my final goal. I'm starting a fitness challenge in the new year with new workouts to break my plateau once and for all, and this is just the last bit of help I needed to really get me excited for 2016. This is such a great video!
P.S. I just stumbled upon your channel, and I really love it! Keep up the great work!

I've been on a plateau for 6 months despite changing my routine, doing more HIIT and weight training...and counting calories. So last week I decided to reduce my carbs to around 80-100g a day and it seems to be working so far. We'll see how it goes. I do have PCOS so insulin resistance might have been a reason why this is working for me

Want to comment and say this video helped me out a lot. I read so many articles saying weight loss plateaus happen because your eating more calories than you're admitting. I gave up my strict 1200-1400 calories intake, and did 1800-2000 calories. The weight started coming down again that week! I'm also a lot happier and feel better on top of losing the last few pounds I wanted. Thanks for this video.

i've been exercising every day (jogging, cardio, strength, weights) trying to eat healthy and smaller portions etc and people have already said my face looks slimmer but that's not really my main focus. it's my stomach that looks like a big lump of fat that doesn't ever get any smaller. i've only been doing this for a month, but honestly it really sucks and i feel like giving up. the main reason is my diet. i absolutely hate healthy foods. hate it. i think it's disgusting and i have a hard time even just swallowing it. i don't see myself continuing like this. i've thought about just dropping being so strict on my diet and just exercise everyday instead. i don't know honestly. i just feel hopeless, angry, annoyed and all of the above.

TwentyØneChemicalDiscos I think the number 1 thing is that the number on the scale does not matter. It's about how you feel about yourself. I've always been a bit chubby when I was younger and have since then not lost any weight but have become more fit and confident. Exercise is great just don't overdue it. I usually do weights/plyo stuff on M,W,F(sometimes) and do HIIT/running on the off days and always have a rest day. I don't do any of that to lose weight but to feel good about myself. Good Luck :) don't forget you're beautiful

Aleksis Satka thats good, but yeah, really you should be aiming for an hour of cardio a day, for health not even for weight loss. I think youll find that if you focus on your health, like eating right and portion control as well as proper daily exercise, the weight will come off naturally as a result. Make health your end goal, not a specific weight, because itll take time, its far more sustainable that way

I always find it slightly ironic that healthcare workers work shifts when we know there are so many health problems associated with working irregular hours. I'm on nights this week and have to say sleep deprivation can feel like a form of torture at times! Luckily I can sleep well during the day but adjusting to a new pattern is difficult.
I like seeing your videos where you post recipes so 'what I ate in a day' videos would be good too. I noticed in a previous video you mentioned Beau has gluten intolerance. I have IBS and react really badly to wheat so have to avoid it, plus I can react badly to high FODMAP foods. It can be challenging at times to find things to eat!

It disappoints me a lot that you didn't think of making making it more affordable because I really love your personality and videos. I just don't see seethe necessity of making it so expensive knowing you are making a very decent of money thanks to us on RUclips.

Estefaniia Oliva if you can get almost everything that you binge out of your house, you get to keep something but not binge on it, you can crave and eat a piece or little of it, but don't eat it all, i'm recovering from binge eating disorder and this has helped me a lot! Okay, I lost almost 10 kilos. Now I'm at 66,5 kilos and want to go to 60 kilos (btw I'm 1,71 metres tall and exercise a lot cause I go on swimming competitions that's why I weigh so much)
I hope I'm gonna make it!

How did you reduce your waist though

You can't spot reduce, but losing weight in general shrinks you everywhere. Core exercises help and eating foods that don;t bloat you. I went from a 28inch waist to a 22.5inch in a few months.

Ayu Aiza sure I did cardio, walking everyday, toning exercises like leg lifts, sit ups and crunches and other core work outs, yoga. Not all of that everyday but I would mix and match. The only thing I did everyday was walking and then I would choose something else to also do like cardio or yoga

Thank you so much. I'm 16 and was eating 500-1000 calories a day. I panicked because firstly I know I was eating too little (but couldn't get myself to eat more) and I wasn't losing anymore. I was an elite level gymnast so I should have been eating tons more. I stopped training this year -but still exercise - so I suddenly forced myself to eat no more than 600 cals a day.
on Tuesday I got myself into the mind set to eat more, baby steps though. For the last four days I for myself to eat 1700 cals, I am meant to have 2000 for a non-active day and 2400 for an active day. I was in a state of panic today because I thought eating so much would cause me to gain weight. This has helped me calm down, Thank you. :)

I hit a plateau since I started my workout/diet. Since day 1. I didn’t lose an inch. I didn’t lose weight and my body fat percentage increased. I’m not giving up though, I’ll keep trying. Thanks for the video.
