Have you heard people talk about - Qiyictoria Teyrooklyn Eradicator - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my co-worker got great success with it.
I workout with you two for about one year now and you still challenge me every single time and I always drop in sweat at the end of your workouts. You two changed my life! I became more determined, stronger and motivated! Thank you HASfit, you're the best!

I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I discovered Hasfit during Covid. I used to go to the gym, but now I have a personal trainer at home! I get a lot better results by following Hasfit than I did working out on my own. Keep up the goo work Coach & Claudia! On a side note, can the commercials not come in the middle of a workout? You probably can't control that, but it's worth a try ;)

Never underestimate this man. Just when I think I'm pretty good doing strength training,, ,I find this one. I'm just getting used to wearing my weight vest again and this one Kicked my rear end, big time. If its too easy for you,, pick up some weights and or change the speed of reps. You will be challenged!!

Claudia I would like to just say, from a woman to woman and a mother to mother YOU ARE AMAZING! I can't believe you did those 'Pike Pushups' LIKE A BOSS!! I couldn't do them but thanks to you both while you both casually did those crazy Pike Pushups I did traditional pushups from my knees - something I have NEVER been able to do with proper form. That is all down to your support over the past 3 weeks or so. Thank you! 🙏 And finally, Claudia I would be inclined to check to see if Coach Kozak has a pulse. Next time he's sleeping just check if here is no suspicious beeping come from his body and you can actually feel a pulse..... because I SWEAR THIS GUY IS NOT HUMAN!! I am just left gobsmacked when I see him do these crazy workout positions ALL IN PERFRCT FORM WITH WEIGHTS. 😲😱 Coach you are incredible. Thank you both for another epic workout. You guys are gifted.
