Wait, you aren’t gonna start training 2 weeks before the season starts and then wonder why you aren’t in riding shape like you’ve done the last few years? Haha
Nope! Last year I started Dec 1, that was good enough for top 10 qualifying and almost every main. This year I’ll only race if I have more prep. It’s likely I won’t have more prep, if that’s the case I either won’t race or will delay my first round until deeper into the season

That brake cable held up pretty well lol. Falls r good for us as long as we don’t get hurt it helps keep the fear of falling and crashing down.

those ruts look punishing if you slip out of them. also looked like the reason for the crash, went out of the rut and that forced the worst line possible😅

falls are a part of the process brother, that just means your pushing and not scared of the bike. keep pushing. you’re faster than you ever have been these last couple years i’ve been watching you. keep ripping brother. make us proud in those 450 mains
From my experience, wrist HR monitors are good at recording steady rates but struggle with spikes. Also the wrist position likely understates your HR as there's too much motion. Wear a chest strap if you want more accurate reading.
