This salsa is delicious for dipping Asian Dumplings and Egg-rolls or to season a bowl of noodles. Even as a add-on for Grinder/Subs. Perfecto 👌🏼🌶

FYI, It's called chile Macha. Salsas are made with tomatoes or tomatillo base. You did an awesome job on how to make your Macha !👍

Add a little bit of your salsa macha to mexican crema or sour cream and your got yourself a bomb sauce..I used over carne asada fries, in my tortas, ect. Try it you won't regret it

Yes you need to wash, deseed and if you want to devein also remove the caps then let them dry for just a bit before frying or the oil will sputter 😊

Sped up do that you get the whole recipe in a short span of time. Perfect. Also it causes you to watch it over and over again in a loop in order to write down the ingredients and instructions while boosting the algorithm 👍🏼
