You have to use regular top coat under the gel stamping. Or just regular polish that very dry. Powders stick to all gel. So you must have a regular base, then stamp with gel stamping and use the powder. Top with no wipe.
You can, but make sure your base color is REALLY dry. Then put the powder on your stamper head first , rub it onto the stamper (use an older one it kinda clouds it after a few times) then stamp like you normally would. I've got a video showing that too.....someplace 😁

My mom just got me a stamping kit for Christmas - somehow she just knew I was interested in learning - and had thought about trying this method to see if it worked, yet here you are, with a video proving it does! +poppyshoessp Sam aka Fattie is a rescue that was severely abused, he'd been starved, shot, shock collared so he wouldn't bark, and who knows what else. We have no idea what he is except a GREAT dog. But yes I'm sure he's got pit bull. And Tink usually obeyed perfectly, but we were spoiling the crap out of her because she had cancer and we knew were going to lose her soon. I'ts all in the training, love, correcting and patients.

I could say a lot of mean things about the people who did that to your dog, but I'm sure you already know. I rescued two pit bulls, but I've had that breed since I was a little girl. Funny...she's sleep on my foot now. SNORING! 😍

I use that moyra gel stamping polish but instead of pigment powder i use foils but both works nicely!

Did you cure the gel polish before or after applying the holo powder?
Before. If you have a sticky coat, buff it off with a cloth first. If not is more of a sparkly glitter look.

Hey can you use regular gel or is stamping gel something special?
Stamping gel is just gel that stamps and it will hold the chrome powders. Regular gel just doesn't stamp.
