I started watching and following your channels for your beautiful nail content. Now, it’s because I can relate to you on many levels. I have the same poor habits and you have inspired me to try harder to find and be a better version of myself starting this year. You are a beautiful soul, inside and out. It can be hard to accept when someone compliments your appearance or your mind and when they tell you that you are perfect the way that you are when you don’t see yourself the same way when you look in the mirror. But just try to remember that what they are saying is true and it’s only you that is holding you back from seeing it. On the days when you’re feeling low, you are stronger than you think you are ❤
I have a lot of mental health struggles as well. I put stuff off all the time. But I've finally made the decision that I'm going to better myself and get a personal trainer at the gym. It's going to be rough but I'm going to do it.

Ok girl I want to tell you this I started gym this year and it was really daunting at first but now it’s fine the more you go the easier it becomes just push yourself out there don’t let the doubt creep in and have a plan that you can follow so that you can get in the zone once you put all your focus into your workout it’s as if your the only one there and to easy your way into it go when it’s quieter
I noticed that after that workout and spending time in the ocean YOUR MOOD WENT UP HIGH and you were joyful rest of the video. You should def continue doing this routine 💗💗

I’ve had very similar issues, therapy has really helped. It took me awhile but eventually I found the right therapist. It’s not like life is perfect but it has really helped me!
I love that whenever you have a goal or something you want to try and do, you always are able to push yourself to do it, whether its just for the videos or not its always so cool to see, i feel like other people just say they will and then never do haha.
As an active person who solely runs, I’ve been getting back into arms and abs which are great for slimming. Cardio is hard, I used to be able to run 6 miles on a treadmill and now only do 25-35 minutes with a warm up and cool down. It’s not easy, but do as much as you can, even walk in between for a run. You can do it!

I was told that In order to eat healthier is actually to find a couple meals you enjoy and just rotate through them until you get sick of them (usually a month) so you’ll actually end up building that habit of expecting a healthy meal when you eat 👀

I do not think you should run for a workout because walking is less stressful, and when you aren't stressed when you work out, it helps you mentally and physically with weight loss or just feeling comfortable.❤ btw I love your vids😊

The sunrise was the first thing I noticed in your video. So beautiful. I also pretend sometimes that I am in a movie or I am famous lol just so I can focus or get things done. I didn't know other people did that. Thank you for sharing that. You are also awesome for going to the grocery store and beach by yourself. I used to do things like that but my anxiety has been really up with social things. My goal is to take baby steps for 2024. ❤

I'm in the same situation as you right now, trying to workout at home cuz I don't like gyms either haha, and sometimes it's difficult to find the motivation. But at the end, I always come to realize that I enjoy it and it makes me so happy! 2024 is definitely gonna be a good one and I'm so excited about it! We can do this!!💅💪

I was told that In order to eat healthier is actually to find a couple meals you enjoy and just rotate through them until you get sick of them (usually a month) so you’ll actually end up building that habit of expecting a healthy meal when you eat 👀

Some of my favorite books that I go back to and read all the time since I was a teenager and I'm 44 one of them in particular is Anne of Green gables identify with Aunt Shirley so much with her personality it's crazy I think you would really enjoy also Little women is do not neglect the classics

I do not think you should run for a workout because walking is less stressful, and when you aren't stressed when you work out, it helps you mentally and physically with weight loss or just feeling comfortable.❤ btw I love your vids😊
