Is Metabolic gold good to take preventatively, if cholesterol is not too high, is it still helpful? And also wondering is it good in case of gallbladder complaints?

Liz, have just been given ostrogel from my gp but he also gave me utrogestan 100.. am scared taking the capsules . Been on for a week now.. headaches are awful and not sleeping.. anxiety off the charts. Can i not just take the gel!
