The thing I love about tabata is that I can Kimmy Schmidt my way through it. I tell myself, "I can do anything for 20 seconds!" Also, thanks for the modifications. My shoulder is acting up, but I was still able to get a good workout that was all standing. Thanks, Chris!
Did this today (Tuesday 13th October) as there was no “live” and realised I’d not done this one! Got to love a short effective tabata workout for a Tuesday, liked the combination of cardio and strength. I knew I was going to struggle to do the whole 90 minutes of thrust backs or star jumps, so I mixed it up and did 30 seconds star jumps, 30 seconds of high knees and 30 seconds of fast feet, like Chris says, there’s always something you can do in that bonus but always keep moving, don’t give up and in Kev’s words…”you do you do!!!” 😂

Absolutely loved this class Chris!! I did the renegade rows!! Woohoo!! Super sweaty, heart well up there. For the bonus I did jacks & counted 112 in the 90 minutes! 😂. SO, SO SWEATY. OMG. This was an intense one! Even modified some of the jumping circuits because I've got a foot that's bothering me, and it was STILL intense.
It's been a week. But you made it better. And even convinced me to do some strength training. Ty from central PA (but raised in lower Bucks County and love a trainer from the area who is also right about my age)

Forced myself to do this after narrowly avoiding a panic attack whilst grocery shopping and having a splitting headache. 30 mins later I feel so much better and calmer (raised heart rate but in a nice way). Thanks Chris. And hope Anna recovers quickly. 🐶
