Wow, wow, wow! I needed something impressive for a birthday party. I've done the chocolate cake thing to death. I am not a chef, but a really good comfort food just like Jeff. This cheesecake was amazing. I followed the recipe exactly, except I put peanut butter fudge on top where the half cups would be. It was phenominal. Just discovered Jeff and Pressure Luck. Did the brisket too. EXCELLENT site and fun recipes. Thanks, Jeff
Jeffrey, You are so much fun to watch. Love your recipes, not new to pressure cooking. Just got a new instant pot for christmas 2022 just love it. It's so easy to use, you do very good on your videos, keep the goods coming. I think you are so cute. You keep the books coming.
Just found this video and had to subscribe. I like how you cooked it longer than what most people cook their cheesecakes. When I followed instructions of other videos that say as low as 28 and up to 35 minutes with a 10-15 minute release time my cheesecake were never completely cooked (150* internal temp). I have been cooking mine at 50 minutes with a 25 minute natural release time. the longer you cook it you will have a firmer cheesecake.
Wow! Looks GREAT! I might even try it with a Nutella drizzle in the center instead of the Reese's cups. Best part without using the oven is it won't heat up the kitchen ♥️👍👍👍👍👍♥️
Just tried the cheesecake. Wow. The only difference that I did was I made the bottom crust with the peanut butter oreos and butter. Everything else was the same. Other than the fact that I used the bag of tiny peanut butter cups instead of regular size. Very good!
I have made this recipe twice. The first time was perfect. The second time was at my sister's back home. She lives rural and the only thing we couldn't find was natural peanut butter. This is key in the sense that it makes the consistency smoother and not as brittle. I believe it's the free oil in the natural peanut butter. Still amazing but not as pretty. Use the natural peanut butter.
Hi Jeffrey, I made your Peanut Butter Fudge Ripple Cheesecake twice now obviously it was delicious! I loved it that much. Every time I need a recipe I go to Pressure Luck,so I was wondering if you can make and do a video of a Key Lime Cheesecake. I love all your recipes Thank you so much for sharing them ! 🙂🙂
Your not right for this! just finished making the Bourbon chicken recipe just now for dinner! (that you presented ever so wonderfully), when i got the notification, Ahhhhh and thanks!!! have to watched it after dinner while i have no desert but my ice cream:(
Oh boy, this one is going to put me in the hospital and I can't wait!!! Would there be any advantage to cutting a couple of 3" strips of parchment to line the sides just as you used to line the bottom?
You are hilarious! Love watching and laughing. Now, how about a Pumpkin Cheesecake for this season? Looking at other recipes and cooking times are all over the chart.
Jiff natural is the only one for me .its just the best .looks so good im.doing this one. I usaly do the number 17.No comparison instant pot makes the best cheesecake there is .
Jeffrey, new subscriber here, and awaiting the arrival of my 6 qt. Instant Pot. This is going to be my first recipe. I can't wait. I already have a 7" Kaiser springform pan that I think will fit. Will I need to change the cooking time any for a slightly bigger pan? I love watching your videos and look forward to trying many many more recipes. So glad I found you. :)
Trying this now. Got it in the Instant Pot and crossing my fingers!!!! The snapping the fingers trick did not work with the clean up. You must do an extra video on that.
The Cheesecake Factory currently does NOT have peanut butter cheesecake so this recipe is great to have so we can make our own which I told my waiter I was going to be forced to do. He apologized.
Get outta here! What a thing of beauty! This cheesecake is a feast for the eye too! we love ya Jeff, but this is off the hook! My wife is going to buy the things so we get to have one tomorrow night for dinner . Did you make this up?
I made it yesterday and when I opened the ip the cheesecake top had large cracks in the top. After leaving it in the fridge overnight I tried it and it's extremely dense, is that how it's supposed to be, it tastes great though. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
My husband loves everything peanuts so I tried this today for his birthday. First of all, I thought 60 minutes sounded way too long to cook it as I'd already made two NY cheesecakes that were delicious and they were 42 minutes. But you said "60 minutes,, trust me." It set up in the fridge overnight and I felt it was way over done. I also tasted the batter and didn't think it was sweet enough but I stuck with your recipe. This was edible but very dense and too bland for my taste.
Same here. I added 1/2 cup of sugar after tasting the batter. I was wondering if it was overcooked at 60 minutes. I guess I will find out tomorrow after it has chilled overnight.
This is what is in my IP right now. But wondering how you got this into your IP without the foil sling. Haha. Well, it will be interesting to see how this turns out. I noticed that when I was making the inside part that I accidentally bought crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy. Oops. My son is sitting intently in the kitchen thinking he is going to get some tonight. Even though I keep telling him that it won't be ready until tomorrow. :)
Your cheesecake is beautiful and I'm looking forward to making it but I must tell you that plate is ugly and it takes away from the beauty of your cheesecake at Cheesecake should stand alone
Jeffery is my favorite cook. He makes me laugh and happy. He should be in show business. Thank you for your cooking show!!

My cheesecake cracked but tasted good nonetheless. I used the Reese’s spread just like you and it made it even better!
Love your videos! You always look like you are having so much fun. You make everything seem really easy.

My mouth is watering! Nice one, Jeffrey! xo
Thanks, Denise! Xoxoxo
Jeffery!!!! I'm hearing they discontinued the Reese's spread!!!
Any idea on a good replacement? Maybe to make one?
Oh boy, this one is going to put me in the hospital and I can't wait!!! Would there be any advantage to cutting a couple of 3" strips of parchment to line the sides just as you used to line the bottom?
I'm tempted to make this I'm thinking of adding Reese's peanut butter cups but these are big cups that contain bits of Pretzels
Do it!
You are cracking me up. My husband now wants cheesecake. The GOLDEN GIRLS. That's my girls.
Love them!
Does it absolutely have to be natural peanut butter?
You are hilarious! Love watching and laughing. Now, how about a Pumpkin Cheesecake for this season? Looking at other recipes and cooking times are all over the chart.
Where have you been all my life? 😍 Queens, u say...me too..born and raised
Jiff natural is the only one for me .its just the best .looks so good im.doing this one. I usaly do the number 17.No comparison instant pot makes the best cheesecake there is .
You almost committed manslaughter with this video! Inner GOLDEN GIRL! I literally choked I laughed so hard.
Great work.
Brian Goss thanks, buddy!

Have you seen the bigger GoWise brand of pressure cookers? Just wondering.
Hi
Love your channel!!! Is that less, normal or more pressure ????
Very nice, well done!
I wish you showed how you got the pan in and out of the IP lol. Can I hold it by the top rim? Will the bottom fall off? I have same pan I think
I made it yesterday and when I opened the ip the cheesecake top had large cracks in the top. After leaving it in the fridge overnight I tried it and it's extremely dense, is that how it's supposed to be, it tastes great though. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I always lick the spoon, Jeff, because that is the best part, almost. ;-)
Back on the elliptical my boy!
Love your recipe, thank you ;-)
I don't know why he made such an effort to cover the brand name of the peanut butter with his thumb. You can still see that it's JIF.
This has my name all over it! Thanks for the recipe, Jeff!!!
Ahhhh now I get the 2 dislikes. They didn't enjoy the raw egg bit. HAHAHA! Love your videos! I am making this eventually!
YUM!!!
What size pants is that? I have a 7" nordicware spring form pan on the way. Couldn't find a link for the one you used.
The only thing I would change is to use nutter butter cookies crunches sans the filling. I loath graham crackers.
I know you recommend natural peanut butter. Has anyone tried it with regular. We wouldn’t use the rest of the natural

new subscriber here !!! Love this recipe. Where did you get your retro image disneyland plate ??
RVT Mom welcome! And love how you noticed the plate! I actually got the set at BouTiki in the Polynesian a year ago!
The BouTiki ... what is that? LOL I need that plate haha !!
It's the gift shop in the Polynesian Village Resort!
Has anyone made this using light cream cheese and light sour cream?
This is what is in my IP right now. But wondering how you got this into your IP without the foil sling. Haha. Well, it will be interesting to see how this turns out. You must resist, Ha, Ha!
Soooo, would the freezer be quicker. 🤣
OMG, Jeffrey! 😳😄
35 min ,would of been done, try it trust me x
Looks good , but I wouldn't of put the cakes inside no x
I hv no idea why you didn't add a shot of bourbon
I would love to see a failed recipe such to see your expression when you taste it and it’s awful 😂😂😂
Your cheesecake is beautiful and I'm looking forward to making it but I must tell you that plate is ugly and it takes away from the beauty of your cheesecake at Cheesecake should stand alone
