While you said that the argus has an extra 1 foot to its one shot kill range is not very noticeable in game, the key to this is not whether or not its noticeable, but whether or not it will help you win more gunfights consistently. In this case, while i do agree long barrel on shotguns are useless, there are very very rare situations that you would have won with long barrel that you wouldnt have otherwise.

Probably not, and if you're using a shotgun at that range you are an absolute dumbass, but some people could theoretically use that (god I hope that people don't use a shotty st that range :p)
If you can get an increase in the 2 shot kill range, you can hit them from far and get a hitmarker then finish them with the 2nd shot instead of not being able to hit them at all

Hey Ace I have just a quick little video idea, does Extended Mag slow down reload speed like it did in BO2? If I remember correctly, you reloaded like 10% slower with it on in BO2. And now in BO3, we also have different animations for Ext Mag, and I was wondering if those different animations altered reload speed at all. I personally haven't seen anyone test this, and I'd love to know. :)

+Rock-Steady-Yeti The multiplier for any body part (including the head) is 1 for shotguns so it doesn't matter where you hit your enemy at all as far as damage is concerned. Torso does work best though because you maximize the chances of more pellets hitting.

+Nick Lyman Typically (not always), laser sight is more of a detriment to the shotguns with how the new mechanics handle. Shotguns now deal a high base damage for hitting even just one pellet and then on top of that, each pellet deals a small bonus damage. As a result, in most situations, it makes very little difference if you hit 4 pellets vs 6 because it's mainly about the base damage. So by adding a laser sight, you tighten the spread which decreases your chance of hitting that one single pellet required to deal the base damage, especially in chaotic, close range situations. If you want the spread to tighten in those situations where an enemy is a little bit further away, just aim down sight and you get a very similar spread tightening to what you'd get while having a laser sight equipped.
Any tips for the Reaper's Hero body? Scythe got nerfed again a while ago and it's a total struggle to get 6 kills in a match even with Overclocked and all that jazz. Hell, even the Gravity Spikes were easier.
play a mode like dom, safeguard or hardpoint, even demo maybe. the key I found since it got nerfed (I actually just did this like this last weekend myself) is to try to use it behind a chokepoint/headglitch where enemies will be coming/spawning from. for example on hunted if your enemies are spawning on the truck side and not the other side, you can go and wait for when they spawn there. works well in safeguard. another spot is on redwood, it is when the enemies spawn on the tree side, not the cliffside. you go right outside the concrete bunker and look down range at where they're spawning. I mean past this just ya know stay a decent distant from enemies and go to longer lines of sight etc.

If safeguard gets overtimed, then it might be possible, but even with overclocked you earn the scythe hardly 3 times in a game so there's no room for error. But good to know someones done it recently so it's not totally impossible :)
TheRandom1zed yeah the time to charge is meh but yes I think at least 1 or 2 of my 6 kills per game came from a 3rd round in safeguard. 4 rounds should be a guarantee but ya know. Only other thing I suppose I can offer is that when I was playing I was being very aggressive about it to try and charge Scythe asap.

they do quite a bit. just the fact that you can shoot at somebody and kill them from a further distance then when the bullets disappear is beyond useful actually, especially on the krm

Crispin Freeman Whilst true for the argus and krm this is incorrect for the brecci and haymaker. The haymaker already has a 2 shot kill range in HC and since long barrel on shotguns makes the minimum damage range do 20% less damage, it will also give you a 2 shot kill with the brecci.

Stock is amazing on SMGs. You pretty much go at walking speed while ADS.
