I was like that for year after my breakup with ex like I didn't have dreams that entire time. Cuz I was very depressed and not healthy mentally but now I'm getting my vivid dreams back slowly although they aren't as vivid and bright as they used to be (they're kinda dull and I can't remember them as much). But as I'm getting better mentally they've been getting much more memorable :)
Sometimes when we grow Spiritually...the Inner Knowing communicates with us during more lucid times and in present and current reality and dreams less...just because we honor it in wake states as special and magical so we don't need deep states of consciousness or if we did not listen or adhere to our dreams...they will respect that and stop showing up.

Getting recipes in a dream is one of the most legit ways to get recipes. This is something that is attested from ancient times. Nevertheless I love how she's like "it might sound crazy" while speaking with a witch, on a witchy channel, in front of predominantly withy audience 😄 So humble!

People are often so busy that they don’t focus on their dreams. We actually all dream unless we are on meds or have a medical condition. The trick is to start paying attention to your dreams and tell your subconscious that you’re wanting to remember your dreams. Start a dream journal and tell yourself you will start to remember your dreams. Then start writing down every little snippet until you start remembering more. The more you focus on your dreams and dreaming, the more you will begin to remember. You can train yourself to remember all your dreams. And you can train yourself to lucid dream too. It just takes focus and intention. I’m happy to teach you how if you’d like. When I was young I used to remember every dream I’d ever had in complete detail and complete recall. Now that I’m older and my life is much busier, it takes more effort to remember my dreams. Make sure you write any dream fragments down as soon as you wake up. Otherwise you’ll forget it quickly. Also it helps to lay in the same position you were dreaming in, to recall your reams. Good luck! Dream recall is totally doable!

Loved the interview and love momma Sarah! I also love her oils above any others I’ve tried and are a staple in my witchy pantry (especially the Shi Shi oil). I was just like her as a kid- I was making talismans and using things in nature before I even knew what witchcraft was. It’s cool to hear that other witches came to the path in a similar way that I did.

Trees of Blessings I mean they are made with real ingredients instead of the dyed, synthetic crap a lot of places carry. They work soooo well when I use them in my magic. I make most of my own oils but she’s one of the only ppl I’ll buy oils from.

Trees of Blessings she has a “hoodoo oil” set that I purchased because it had so many staples and u save money buying in bulk. Her Shi Shi oil is one of my favs, as well as her lucky hand oil. Aside from that, I purchased her “commit to me” oil. My spells work well without the oils but they add a major punch! I see faster results when using them. I do want to say that one aspect of how much you dream (or how much you remember your dreams) has to do with how many hours your sleep. You only dream during REM sleep which is your deepest sleep, and each REM session during the night gets longer and longer, so it would only make sense that you're going to remember the longer, more significant dreams

Ah love this interview! Especially the dream part. I dream like I'm in a parallel universe all the time haha. I always, well most of the time, see animals and other messages. And then the first few minutes after I wake up I'm like okay what does it mean. Sometimes I know instantly and sometimes I need to look the meaning up and then it usually makes complete sense. I've been doing this for a real long time, even before I knew it was witchcraft. I'm now a beginner witch in every other area, kinda overwhelmed but I just follow your channel and I will watch Sarah as well because I think she's a very wise woman. I found this video in my subscriptions just before going to bed, figured I'd watch a few minutes... and here I am typing a comment at 12:30am. (The morning's gonna hurt, but it was worth it.) Sooo much good commentary & info here, but one of the last subject areas you touched on left me thinking a bit... I've seen videos from practitioners who seem to really get tangled up in the idea of baby witches making baby mistakes and somehow (it seems) messing up the universe for "the rest of us" that way. If some newbie screws up a spell, it's bloody unlikely they can twist all the energies of the universe out of shape... more likely they'll get their egos scratched & dented a bit. If they try hexing or cursing without really knowing what they're doing or how to do it, then yeah, someone can get hurt -- but it is (again) most likely the newbie and not the target, or things will happen in a way that doesn't totally twist up existence for everyone who's taken the time to learn things. I'm old enough to remember my generation learning not to do dumb things by scraping our knees and getting cuts & scratches on our hands... and here I sit, still generally in one piece & ready to put those well-learned lessons into action.

I especially like what she said about "newbies" or basically people pick up things and sometimes find it's not right for them, don't come at them for it. I feel like I'm still figuring out what about the craft feels right to me, and I'm a bit of a scattered person sometimes with a history of picking stuff up and then getting tired of it, so I like that idea, that if you're being respectful, it's okay to maybe pick it up, then decide it's not for you later. There may be a time where witchcraft is part of your life and there may be a time when it's not you anymore, or you might end up being a lifelong practitioner - newbies are still feeling it out and need encouragement not criticism.

❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍I use a bullet journal. You can have 'dump' pages for ideas and other stuff. And if you have a note on something else, I staple or tape it to the journal. This has helped me become balanced and all you have to remember to look at your journal! Its the journey, and not what or how you do your bullet journal. I compare it to a cross of planner and a scrap book. It really helps me with creatively and organization!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I used to not remember dreams unless it was a Visitation, until I developed an Astro-projection practice. Now I have very vivid and significant dreams. It took a little time for me to be successful in Astro-projection, but it has been so worth it. My dreams have become vivid, healing, and spiritual. There have been other benefits as well, such as relief from chronic pain while meditating. I use these during my lunch hour or after work, and I feel so much better to go about the rest of my day. I also use it at night to help me with insomnia and for the lucid dreaming. I would suggest trying the hypnotic meditations on You Tube by Entrance or Unlock Your Life. Before Astro-projection, meditation was always a challenge for me, now I look forward to it and I do not have time NOT to meditate. I am so excited about this....my psychic abilities are soaring!

It takes time after you wake up for your mind to adjust to going back and forth between the dream state and the waking state of consciousness to retain information (10 minutes is the average).
If you're used to waking up quickly, you're used to switching to the waking state faster than it takes your waking mind to remember details from a different state of consciousness. It's not that people don't dream or "are broken". They're just used to waking up too fast.
At first I was thinking "this is long"...but at the end it then seemed it went by fast...Both her and Olivia had some great points. One thing that she hit on that kinda gave me chills is shes noticing the diffs and or lack of dreams as well as I...I was thinking maybe its just me cause im anti social..but guess not
I started dreaming again once I seriously cut out alcohol & upping my herbal teas. I used to get crazy lucid dreams as a kid. The only issue I have with dreaming is that I talk in my sleep. 🙈
So first thing that came to find when mentioning not dreaming or remembering dreams was mentioned is pineal gland or possibly overload of toxins or too much emf from wifi and internet.. I have noticed myself a huge drastic difference when I do detoxification for specific toxins that I'm constantly in contact with flouride being one our water has that crap in it. Heavy metals as well and when I unplugged my wifi and turned phone off for a few days the clarity and connection with myself was way deeper

Sometimes I have 3 dreams a night, those I remember anyway. I’m very active and feel everything and see in color. I work harder at night, lol 😂.
All my senses are active as well when I sleep, and my dreams are very realistic which makes it hard to become lucid!
I find dream intensity ebbs and flows over weeks or months, but for sure alarm clocks kill dreams...

This is the first time that someone has echoed how I dream! No one understands! I have vivid dreams, in color. I travel. I'd be lost without my dreams to guide me. For those that say they do not dream......try not opening your eyes when you first wake. Loved this video!! Thank you!
I stopped dreaming for years due to an abusive marriage. It took several years of healing to start dreaming again
I had nightmares and sleep paralysis and insomnia and/or oversleeping while in my abusive marriage. Getting through my divorce is what made me find my power. Ever since then I have been having more dreams but amazing ones and lucid ones... I'm sorry... I'm glad your dreams came back.
Use a Book of shadows, after it’s done, to record the info day, moon, ingredients, results.

I have a quick question for you since you've been doing this a little bit longer than I have the practice of course I was told the other day that I needed a spiritual cleanse done and I asked if I could do it myself and the lady said no she had to do it and that it was going to be $119 I was just wondering if I could do my own spiritual cleanse on myself and what I would need I mean I have crystals out the Wazoo and gemstones I have some Palo Santo as an incense I have sea salt and black sea salt I made myself I have some oils me myself that are actually still sitting in charging I just don't feel as though I should have to pay someone $119 to do a spiritual cleanse unless I actually need someone else to do it that's fine if someone else needs to do it I understand but I just had a bad feeling about the situation plus I just met the person so yeah just wondering your thoughts on that

Sometimes you can’t really help that when you’re recording a video chat, no matter the quality of your mic etc. But Olivia does usually captions, which I often use when my brain is especially distractible 😁
Its not people dreaming less. Its the fact that people have been remembering there dreams less. Everyone dreams. Its just a lot of people dont remember them. We all go through a deep sleep we need called REM sleep. (Rapped Eye Movement) REM sleep is the stage of sleep where we are also in a dream state. *learned that in psychology* But ya.why people dont remember there dreams? 🤷🏽♀️I dont know. Everyone is different, some people wont and some people do.

We don't dream as much because we are not grounded in Gaia. Get a grounding sheet on your bed. And turn off all your EMF products in your home, that is a huge deterrent or interference to our dreamtime. I make and have orgonite all over my house which helps too. We live in a time now where technology is nothing but interference...
