i agree with you. i HATE HATE HATE the new video technique. it's becoming boring and looks like all the same regular real estate agents selling a home. i loved the old style where we could see it as Chris saw it. chris was funny and fun and identifiable...the details , the details and details....this new style...is flashier and has more pizazz with the videography, but it misses the details and it is boring. no personality... no jokes... no wholesome regular guy... i am so disappointed in this new you. just my two cents

I don't like the new format of videos. It shows the best features of the property but it doesn't show the property as a whole. I.E. I've lost track of what's where, on which floor, what side of the house, etc. Also, you skipped some stuff that you normally say, like more details on the bathroom, closets, cabinets, etc. Generally, it feels more like a corporate presentation than Chakits, our paper dropping fun realtor. Adding the floorplan at the start of the video is nice. You can probably add it in a few moments later in a video as a minimap to show where you are in the house.
You've come a long way from your original content and style. I like it. Not sure if you've noticed, but there are other realtors out there putting out videos and one in realtor in particular, not gonna mention any names, but it almost reminded me of how you do your videos, so I'm glad you're making changes to your format and style. I don't think they will ever catch up to your style and content, but at least more property videos are out there. On a health note, glad you went to a chiropractor, but you may have to keep going to manage that nerve pain or it will get worse. Mine is bad. As usual these are beautiful homes that you present Chakits no doubt about it but my big question is about the sliders, if i wanted them tinted where i can look out but you cant look in my house, could i order it or would have to do that myself? And given all those windows and sliders what would that cost? Also could i add rolling shutters to those sliders for added security? That is a big issue i have with sliders they're very nice but i wonder about security
imagine with the first model, the downstairs living room widened and lengthened, the kitchen island turned to run parallel to it (dining table eliminated), and the stairs flipped, to where that loft is made HUGE, above the living room, with a giant projector screen hung on the wall above where the ovens are downstairs. outside, extend the overhangs, flip the grill around and have a huge projector screen opposite where the grill's previous placement was.

This format is awful & the cameraman is terrible (sorry dude). I'd much rather watch a continuous flow vlog but all the interruptions made it hard for me to concentrate ✌️
When master is on the main they really have to dampen the sound between the floors because there are bed rooms or some common area over the master bed room with both models. That would suck if they did not concert the second floor for sound or at least place some sound damping materials between the floors. In the south when master is on the main they usually, well from what I've seen so far, don't place a room above the bedroom so as to not have to worry about the master bedrooms comfort as far as sound traveling from second to first floor keeping the main owner of the home up at night. With that I like the master on the main floor but since these have bedrooms above I would prefer the master on the second floor just in case they don't sound dampen with concrete second floors. It also kind of make my second floor more useful to me because the main floor would be all I need if the master was on main with no bed room or common area above it.
So not more having a nice straight flow it is just jump everywhere and have no since of the house as a whole I hate that. Just do it like you did before with the person following you but at lest show everything like it is for real and no jumping from one room to a completely different room who knows where. Have a nice day.

Or better yet, start another RUclips channel if you want to be the focus over the these sweet ass homes. Start some Vegas lifestyle content channel. Of course, my opinion is worth zip. You do you.
