Those hallways got to be something to be admired About. The scale of This home is insane, very unique. Another home that is gigantic. loving the outdoors, the views, the amount of space made me a bit overwhelmed, it is still very nice to see..superb tour, love it! ❤💯

Absolutely great property and fantastic tour … second time I see this house tour will say I liked your tour better than when I saw it the first time. The sinks are elegant but not my style and last shower not practical because rocks will smell like mildew after a while everything else is amazing

For its asking price and how your toilet have little to zero privacy, I doubt someone would be crazy enough to pay for what it is now. Seems like they got too much space that they end up not knowing what to do with the interior beside open space and sitting area one after the other. Also the garage is embarrassing for $48M.
Amazing house and you do a wonderful job showing them but I really really dislike the bathrooms in the primary Suite. Who wants a glass encased toilet or orange sink? Ick to both. Everything else was great. I appreciate that you can't say what you dislike but I wish you could.
I do love the size of the primary bedroom!!

Not a house for kids and pets. Too much glass. Narrow halls. Idk.. Lot of money for no bathrooms in guest rooms.

Very nice of course but a touch overpriced. I thought it had an ocean view but it actually doesn't, so canyon view only and it's not prime bel air and on a steep lot. Really great houses with a proper view are being sold for a little over 1000$/sqft in Bel Air so the price is wildly out of touch with reality. They bought the lot in 2015 for 2.5mill. Might have to come down to 20mill, maybe even lower. And they started at 68mill last year.
Darren, you could try to get an interview with whomever is living in the one now. How they are using it, if it feels too big. Could be a big scoop.

Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve yet to see a “living wall” that looked good. Either way, it’s a beautiful house, but I dislike the top-down design that building on a cliff often requires. The staging was a little meh for such a high end house.
For $58 million they’re gonna have to give me more than just a little canyon view! It’s gonna take forever to sell this property. It just doesn’t have any views.
But I love canyon views!
@@Guyh65US So do I. But they are using a wide angle len which makes that canyon look much much farther away than it is. I have viewed 1940 Bel Air Rd which is a few houses down & the distance to that other ridge & the all the houses on it is only about .6 miles (3200 ft) away. That short distance is far enough to give you privacy from the people on that other ridge BUT doesn’t really give you a true canyon view. Now the house at at 1940 Bel Air Rd is a little over 17,000 sqft and has terrific views - you have awesome water views of the Stone Canyon Reservoir, the canyon, & it has a city view (UCLA & out to the ocean) for half of the price of this house.

I first saw this place online, it seems about a year ago, when it was priced at ten million more. It seems to have a lot of wasted space, the developer going for size over function. The glass doors also seem kind of funky. Is it just me, or are they are behind doors that could be slammed into them.
A garage would have been nice.
Nice Tour Darren. Of course an amazing Home. This unbelievable amount of Outdoor Space. Seen this one a few Times before. Seems no one wants to buy these overpriced Houses anymore. This will sell for under 40.

I see a lot of comments like "beautiful house", "best house". etc. People don´t realize this house is very poorly designed.
First, the master bedroom located right next to the street? Are you serious?
Second, all outdoor areas, including the pool, are platforms, because the lot is long but narrow.
Third, bedrooms spread here and there, a mess, tiny entertainment area, dark gym, useless room in the end... No way it worth 58M, never. Maybe half this price is acceptable.
To many ads , no fun to watch this way
Great presentation Darren, but please try not to talk (especially as you did at the beginning) with a tone that sounds like you are asking a question or that you can't bothered which I'm sure is now the case but it can come off like that. Just a friendly feedback no hate.
