I'm long time souls fan, words cannot express how much i love dark souls, berserk or fantasy/dark fantasy in general and how that helped me throughout my life, from picking up my first souls game (ds3) at 12, giving up, then later trying sekiro at 14 and having one of the most epic, stressful and comforting experience of my life, i had just discovered something, and i wanted more, so i went back to ds3 and had the blast of my life, i only discovered Berserk was even a thing upon Miura's death, and after having beaten almost every fromsoft game, with the exception of dark souls 2. So, I read berserk, and it consumed me, best work of art i have ever touched without a doubt, i was in a really bad shape at the time, facing a horrid personal trauma and a certain depression that came alongside with it, but that's another story, after finishing berserk i moved on with my life, played elden ring when it came out, but i only decided to finally play dark souls 2 this year, at the age of 18, and contrary to my prejudice it was a really good experience, certainly still the worst (or least amazing) from work but still a really solid game, but that's not the point, out of all that, all the amazing atmospheres, messages, stories, lore, characters and life changing experiences, majula's theme is the one that brought tears to my eyes, it made me realise just how important these games have been to me, and to many, may we stay strong, and keep on fighting struggler
Souls of fire is so insanely relaxing, sometimes I enter the character creator just to endlessly listen to it. Gehrman’s theme always leaves me downright bawling
Gherman’s theme especially hits me. The fact that this is not a fight between hunter and beast, hunter and god; but hunter and hunter. You are aligned with him, you owe him everything and to show this, you want to free him. But in turn, he wants to free you as he has been doing for years and years. It’s not a battle of hatred and malevolence, but kinship and a melancholic necessity. You’re trying to save one another from this awful dream. “Laurence…please help me. I’ve had enough of this dream.”

The original Dark Souls menu theme, "A Moment's Peace", sits so close to my heart that whenever I hear it, I can't help but just sit in melancholy. It's so soft and sweet yet sad. I could only wish to hear this on my death bed.
Ohh Man I LOVE THISS❤❤😂😂😂😂
Souls of fire is so insanely relaxing, sometimes I enter the character creator just to endlessly listen to it. Gehrman’s theme always leaves me downright bawling
good twitter account 👍
Gherman’s theme especially hits me. The fact that this is not a fight between hunter and beast, hunter and god; but hunter and hunter. You are aligned with him, you owe him everything and to show this, you want to free him. But in turn, he wants to free you as he has been doing for years and years. It’s not a battle of hatred and malevolence, but kinship and a melancholic necessity.
You’re trying to save one another from this awful dream.
“Laurence…please help me. I’ve had enough of this dream.”
