you mean jelly jump layup? For Sendoh, he got the 4th skill button, it allows him to change his form/stance, one is Guard, One is Forward Guard stance for layup Forward stance for fadeaway. So in Sendoh's skill Combo, it always need the player to switch form according to the player's decision on his moves. He can't change his stances when a skill is using ~ I hope that answered your questions. If not, keep asking me ^^

Answer you with words first. First, Mitsui is very costly, almost all branches have to be maxed, except passing. I would recommend the following priority. 1. Ulti (max) 2. Turnaround Break 3. Step back Shot 4. Step Back Fadeaway 5. Driving Shot 6. Passing.(only this is look not so useful) In order to play Mitsui, i would recommend scoring open 2 or 3 or assist, When got Ulti, just shoot, if all defenders on your face, simple decision , pass the ball inside for a sure 2 Points.
Mitsui , a bit hard to follow, but not impossible. Just interfere them rather than try to block them, if your team already got 2 good defender to block their layup + pass, then you can try to block their fadeaway, if not, just interfere will be good, just don let them wide open. I will bet on Sendoh's second time fadeaway. If for Rukawa, I will observe him 1st, if he is keep using hesitation move, then i better just interfere him when he is fake/fade away. If you Try to Block the Fakeaway, after hesitation move, he will get a wide open. Same do not just stand in front of them, if not too easy get your ankle broken
Next one should be Shoyo member with broom hair, he can shoot 2 quite good. He will more fun to play than Naito, But Naito can survive longer than him. If with tight recourses, wait a while for shoyo guys, he can be very fun to play.

His ulti release timing is slow, so after seeing him jump in the air, count 1,2 then block. Do not get too close to him, same ,outer zone of his fan shape the best. Experience yourself and adjust accordingly.

What the different between guard mode block and forward mode block?
Normally just switch to forward mode, guard mode got no Chase Down Block, That's it. So just use forward mode when defending.
His forward mode also has better range from what I've seen and can block much better
