It was from a spur, not a boot. Harry has a poor seat and poor balance on a horse. He grabs hard with his legs to maintain himself in the saddle. He also has heavy hands. I'd add that going 'no contact' is rarely just isolated to the narcissist, since they typically operate within a system (relatives, henchmen, supporters, etc), they initiate smear campaigns (I'm waiting for MM's on H) and the victim's own friends can have high narc traits as well. Therefore, detaching can be extremely painful but lead to positive changes and healthy friendships over time.

I think that ultimately - time will catch up with Meghan's "act." It was from a spur, not a boot. Harry has a poor seat and poor balance on a horse. He grabs hard with his legs to maintain himself in the saddle. He also has heavy hands. He likely refused to listen while receiving instructions on riding posture. I can imagine what Princess Anne and Zara think of his horsemanship.
Important to know: Spurs, which harm to the horses, are a huge no in polo. He should be forbidden to ever participate again.

You are right on point, I had to deal with an extreme Narcissist. No contact was the best path for me. Awareness of what is happening in your life will save actually your life.

Agree with what you say. I'd add that going 'no contact' is rarely just isolated to the narcissist, since they typically operate within a system (relatives, henchmen, supporters, etc), they initiate smear campaigns (I'm waiting for MM's on H) and the victim's own friends can have high narc traits as well. Therefore, detaching can be extremely painful but lead to positive changes and healthy friendships over time.
Harry is like his mum....he has to WANT to be helped. Hasn't happened so far. Easy peasy for Harry....he just has to run out of money. She'll be gone in a flash.

My father had diagnosed NPD, so I think I’m pretty good at protecting myself. The last one I encountered bragged about his cruelty, his infidelity, and how many women wanted him. I only dated him for 2 months but it felt like dog years. He always sent me extravagant gifts to my work, including a Louis Vito’s purse (why do narcissists love luxury brands?). I’m not a fan because they make me more muggable.

I think that ultimately - time will catch up with Meghan's "act." I really believe so much depends on this actress facial expressions - which she has honed to perfection. i.e. The

Harry loves polo not horses. He cut up and caused a pony to bleed. Horses have thick skin. took a lot of violence from Harry. He’s a real nasty person who’s known to have anger issues.

He was told not to ride Drizzle as she was pregnant,he beat her so much after the polo she died after having a heart attack,Drizzle and her foal both died.
Harry has abused at least 5 polo ponies. 2 of them died and William bought 2 of the injured ponies and put them out to pasture with his horses and one was taken by a friend. William was so angry he told Harry never to come near his horses, ever.

Yes I knew a narc and it’s childhood best friend. They are despicable people. Their coffee table conversations were appalling, feeding each other by targeting and knocking others down. So glad I cut them out years ago.
