Jade rolling does not help with the fat on your face. It does not slim your face neither does it define your gestures or jawline. Jade roller are only for de-puffing your face basically. And basically it massages your face. That’s just the benefit. Lol.

Hey! Can I use facial serum instead of facial oil?
Safe your money on the serum and just use a facial oil 🙂 You would need to apply less and most of the time don't even have to reapply as it doesn't sink in as fast and will have a better glide on your face to work deep into the muscles 💖

It's not about the right tool 😊 You have everything that you need already and should always start with a clean face and washed hands, the rest will be taken care of with facial exercises and massages as this will help promote blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and also stimulating collagen production. I wouldn't recommend doing it at such young age or have it done by an aesthetician, as your face still grows and a lot of things can go sideways if not done correctly 💖

Hey! In the video the arrow under your eyes is pointed to the nose, but you do the movement in the opposite direction. Which one is correct?

To start lymphatic drainage and depuff around the eyes, you should go in circles, but that obviously doesn't work with a big jade roller and only with your fingers tips. This is why you simply move towards your ears when using it 💖

For those trying to read the bottom text in the video:
1. Make sure your face and jade roller are clean
2. Pressure light to medium
-do not push the stone into your skin
3. Motion: outwards, towards ears or upwards
4. Do both sides evenly
5. Repeat as many times as you'd like minimum 3-4 strokes per move
6. If you don't have a roller use your hands, a spoon, or a clean pen
Will it reduce face fat?
This is not possible. If you lose weight it will be in your entire body, not in just one area 😊
It will help however to remove access lymph fluid which can help to depuff your face 💖

It comes really down to what YOU prefer and wanting to achieve😊

I quit drinking a while ago and weirdly whenever I do drink now (maybe once every 6 months), I feel the need to drain my lymph nodes around my lower jaw/cheek area. So I started doing this 2 a week.
