The digital sound sample used in this recording is superb, but it just doesn't carry the same weight and feel as I would expect to hear from a live performance, especially on the runs. I know a live performance would be lacking in precision, but let's hear it as it would display the real frustration much better!

1:13 to 1:16 was my favorite part. It sounds like a background bit in a really good rap song

Ah yes. So relatable. In elementary, I wanted to be in band. So my short tiny self walks in and says "Hi there mister, I would like to join." to the band teacher. Eventually it came down to the flute....and oh god I regretted it. I swear I almost developed asthma and I almost passed out every time I had to practice(my stepfather made me practice for at least an hour straight). The headaches I got were terrible, and at concerts, I was so nervous, anxious, overwhelmed and disappointed in myself, I couldn't even read the sheet music. Hell, I couldn't read it to begin with. My teacher didn't care. He never helped me. So I struggled until the year ended and I quit. Now I can't even look at a flute without getting a splitting headache and horrid light- headedness. 😅
