Good job on the restoration. A word of advice: WD-40 IS NOT a penetration oil. It is a buffer between water and oxidation. A better penetrating oil is PB-Blaster or Freeze-Loc, two products I've personally used while working on cars and bicycles. They work much better at dealing with rust and galvanic corrosion (the corrosion that happens between iron or steel and aluminum).
Edit: Only other wrong things I've seen in this video is the brake setup between the front and rear brakes, and the lack of a spoke protector between the rear freewheel and rear wheel spokes.
The spoke protector is there to prevent an overshift condition on first gear, which, under load, could destroy spokes. And even if you think you have the lower derailleur limit screw properly set, an overshift condition can still happen. It did to me about 6 weeks ago, and I am very thorough on my bike maintenance.
As for the brakes and shifters, the main reason why you put the rear shifter with the rear brake is for ease of maintenance. That way, if you ever have to service only one half of the bike, you're only dealing with one shifter and brake lever, not both, as you've set them up.
Additionally, the bar ends are for cruising purposes, and you should not have set them up so vertical as you did, as they are meant for being a resting bar for your hands when you're not braking, shifting, or needing total control on maneuverability by needing to have your hands on the actual handlebars.

А я ещё увидел, что задняя покрышка стоит не правильно, направление рисунка противоположно движению.

Making a bike that will last another 30 years instead of throwing it in the trash! Great job, looks awesome. Also, if you removed the rain fenders and the side handle bar things, the bike would a little more modern.

Fenders and "handle bar things" are extremely useful if you care about riding rather than just looks.

    i think ...
    1. you overdid it with too many logos. the "classic" look will stand-out without the need for decals. Also the white decals contrasting that paint looks like an ice cream brand. "Overlord" can be misread as "Overload" because of the strange font.
Overlord means a vicious tyrant, that font looks like a Walt Disney cartoon.
    2. the finish is rough especially on the head tube and top tube. (i didnt see a close-up of the other tubes) perhaps you should have spent more time in applying a nice thick primer and sanding.
    3. Those fat mudguards look horrible
    4. The handlebar extensions don't belong to that bike or any bike
    5. you have done a great effort but this bike is not impressive.
    constructive criticism.
up to you if you want to accept it and improve or just ignore it and commit more mistakes

And i think only painting the fork without maintenace is not enough in such a restoration

Technically I would agree with your criticism but I think it's too harsh and doesn't apply here.
Our guy here just wanted to bring a wreck back to life, using budget parts and a lot of manual work. Is it worth it? In his country and for his customers, maybe.
Therefore thumbs up from me for this successful restoration.

Disagree to your point 4: bar ends were state of the art on MTB racers in the '90s, although not mounted upright as in this build.
