    Hey,
I have been doing AML Compliance job since December 2018 with an additional task of ISO QMS 9001 audit. After a year in October 2019 the company sponsored me to do international Lead Auditor's certification so that I can properly conduct internal audits and facilitates external ISO audits and recently I have become Deputy Management Representative of my company as well.
Can I claim point for two NOCs simultaneously, Compliance 1114 & ISO audits 1122 ?
I think for claiming points for ISO audits they might consider that job after my certification so I can claim for only 2 years work period for that Job Duty while for compliance job we normally don't need any specific certification I can claim 1 year job experience in that, separately.
So coming back to my question, can I claim 3 years experience in Compliance n 2 years experience in ISO Audits with in time period of 3 years altogether as I have been doing these jobs simultaneously in one "insurance" company ?

      Dear Ali Bhai,
I have done quite a research on NOC codes and explored that my job JD,s are covered under one NOC code which is 11201.
I have done BSCS in 2017
      & MBA Marketing in 2019
I start job in IGI General Insurance company in December 2018 with two major JD's:
      AML Compliance
ISO Lead Auditor, though, done it's certification in 2019
Now both of my JD's are covered in NOC code 11201 and I can simply put my work experience of 3 years but as per the requirement of NOC 11201:
I need to have certification for being ISO consultant which I have in done in 2019 so that makes my work experience for 2 year
Similarly, for AML Compliance job, I should have at least bachelor degree in business education but my bachelor degree is in computer sciences though masters is in business but It was not completed while I started the job which again makes 2 years experience.
Now I am confused, what should I do, I don't wanna miss this one year.
      Kindly suggest!

    Hi Sir,
I have 3 years of experience as Electrical Engineer and 2 years as Network Engineer, if I make Network Engineer as my Primary NOC, will I still be eligible to get nominated by any Province based on Secondary NOC under FSW ? Or Provinces only invites based on Primary NOC? Even if the Secondary NOC is in demand in their Province.

Hello Bro, In my case, my current work is with NOC 0111 which is my primary NOC in EE profile and then previous one was 1111 & last was 1311. Now, I would like to apply for PNP nomination for NB OID stream with NOC 1111. Do I need to change my primary NOC in EE also to 1111? Kindly advise.

If the 1111 experience is within 5 years, and it is visible in your ee profile, it's fine.
