the reason why ultirus was busted in virus HIM world is because the pandemic boost virus power moves like sunny weather boost fire type moves, and ultirus is a really strong special attacker hitting you with his most powerful virus move + it also have adaptability, so his virus/psychic move deal 1,5 time more damage lmao. basically a nuke button coming from HIM
