@@morganjonesosborne3814 Exciting! I would say pack more food and water than you think you might need and plan for it to take longer than you might think. We ran out of food and water about half way through lol. Definitely get in the water at the falls! I don’t think it was a particularly hard hike for someone young and fit but there were definitely some sketchy parts where you could slip and get really hurt. I recommend to just take your shoes off and wear chacos or something like that to cross the streams because we saw so many people try to stay on top of the rocks so their shoes didn’t get wet and they ended up slipping and fell in the water. Definitely take it slow and enjoy the views. My heart rate stayed pretty low, I’m also a long distance runner so I wouldn’t expect it to get very high.
